They recruit by being aggressive and…

They recruit by being aggressive and call you multiple times to have you in a feeling that a decision is needed very quickly.

So they send you an email that they want you to answer quickly to confirm that you will let them share your CV with the client.

The email actually holds a lot of terms that they want you to write yes I confirm to. If you do this you will sell yourself to Empiric and become their slave.

So carefully read through what their terms are and possible have it checked with a lawyer.
This is not how recruiting people should go. This is entrapment
