Fantastic company to deal with.
Martina is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell, even down to recommending a suitable colour grout to match the tile we chose. We loved the tile so much, we order another 23sqm to use in another part of the house.
Cannot recommend this company enough!

Needed to purchase a small quantity of tiles, and was pleased to find Emporio Surfaces. I ordered what I thought would work, after placing the order discovered I could order samples. So contacted Martina and asked to place my order on hold until I received the samples. Samples arrived quickly, I changed my order and product was delivered two working days later. Martina is an excellent communicator, she facilitated all the stops - starts, and kept me informed at all times. Brilliant, highly recommend. Thank you

Excellent service and response to queries. Broken tiles received on delivery were quickly rectified. I have yet to have the tiles installed but am very happy so far with our purchases. Very good range of product.

Firstly the customer service was great, just after placing the order Martina was in contact via email to arrange a suitable delivery date/time.
The tiles arrived on time and in perfect condition. The tiles also look fantastic and have a great quality finish.

Tiles were in great condition, quality as expected. Did pick-up from their warehouse, employees there were kind enough to load them in the back of the van. Excellent value for money overall. Only downside is that it could be difficult to find the warehouse, some additional signs might be a good idea.

Tiles were delivered on time and communication was great. Tiles were half the price of the same tiles in other companies. But there were 2 tiles that had some minor factory damage, not damaged in transport. Nothing major.
