This company is absolutely rubbish i spent 60 on a bubble jacket xl it came and wasn't the same jacket didn't fit me and must of cost the 1 pound in the market no filling in the coat absolutely crap material and looks like it would fit my 3 year old oh and I'm not paying to send it bk to China so thanks I've lost 60 pounds absolutely disgusting company

Ordered a jacket for my husband in a 2X for my husband. Never received any communication via email as I should have and when Jacket arrived, I could not even wear it and I am a woman’s size large! Now I have to figure out how to return it since it came with no paperwork!

I personally would never order anything from this site, but basically my husband didn’t know any better!

The quality of the clothing is absolutely awful, it smells of solvents and is entirely unwearable. I am so disappointed, it is quite expensive as well, on complaining they offered me a 75% discount on my next purchase, why would I want to buy anything ever again from them?! No. Terrible

I would not give this china based scamming & criminal business a 1 . I smelled a scam when I read the reviews my husband lost $100.00 dollars on a shirt & pants set . Obviously this company is running a rico statue scamming system out of China 🇨🇳 You will not get your money back . So beware

If i could give a zero i would. I purchased a jumpsuit for a wedding, cost me £50. 3 weeks delivery and turned up in a shein bag. Its hideous. We actually cried laughing its that bad. No return address on website. Just an email addy.

i ordered a pocket size electric razor on the 26\7\24 and to date no email about delivery nor can i contact them and this is the 20\08\24 . Not a friendly contact site

Absolute con .. stay away at all costs . Rubbish quality, no paperwork at all in order and when You wish to return You are told to contact the courier company directly and pay the full return to China!!

Doesn't tell you items come direct from China. Ordered gold pumps size 43 and they are nearer a 39/40. I was told to return them at my cost of £25 within 7 days or lose the refund. It would take more than 7 days to arrive so will lose the refund. Shoes don't look anything like the advert. Avoid this company totally.

AVOID! AVOID! Grab order plus trying to up sell before checkout- on trying immediately to cancel they inform ",impossible but you can send back at own cost"when recieved eventually from China the trousers were sized tor stick insects and the most shoddy materials and manufacturing

Went to participate on the open mic they advertised that the musicians could have a free drink however when I asked about it the bartender made a bad face and told me that they wont give any free drinks to the musicians so basically they want to have a free show for their customers and wont be grateful for the live music, no apreciation for the artist at all

Rubbish people, when you buy they say it will arrive in 2-3 days, they answer your messages, but after you pay they stop answering. I hope that he can buy candles with that money

CON and A Scam! Avoid this company like the plague! Absolute con artists from
China . Item took a month to arrive and looked nothing like the photo. Now I’m told they will give me my money back but I have to pay return costs and then it will take 10 days to refund me, only after they receive the item back. Honestly, do not buy from this scam of a company.

This lot don’t deserve any stars , an absolute con , I ordered a top that was £80 and they sent out poor Chinese rubbish , the fabric wasn’t what it looked like in the picture and it was two sizes smaller than the XL i ordered but with XL labels.
Avoid like the plague this company is a rip off and it’s dangerous that a company like this can still trade , if they was English they was be in court by trading standards. Write your money off once you’ve paid , the top I received you wouldn’t pay £6 for at the market . I wouldn’t wear it on a building site to dig holes it’s that poor.

I ordered a shirt from them and really got disappointed with the service. The fabric felt cheap and flimsy, lacking the durability expected from a reputable retailer. Moreover, the stitching was haphazard, leading to fraying edges and loose threads after just a few wears. The colors faded noticeably after a single wash, rendering the shirt unwearable for any formal or semi-formal occasions. Despite the appealing designs showcased on their website, the actual product fell short of expectations, resulting in disappointment and a reluctance to make future purchases. Emporium.com needs to prioritize quality control to salvage its reputation in the market.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! The product looks nothing like it does on the website. I ordered a cardigan however when it arrived it looks like something my grandmother would have knitted for her dog. No labels attached to the garment, poorly finished and badly made. Still, it was only £67 - every cloud 😳
The returns are sent back to China at the purchasers expense. Now, whilst I’m sure these charming people will graciously refund my money in a timely fashion, oh hang on a minute…..
I’m not paying to send it back & although it did cross my mind to dress my dog in it on a cold winters walk I love him too much to humiliate him that way, I’ll put him in a nice pink flowered frock & stockings & suspenders instead……
Do not make the same mistake as I did - avoid at all costs.
