Poor service / poor record keeping / massive hold times
Prescription received by Empower March 11. continuous back and forth with Empower to Dr on the prescription. different formats requested each time making it impossible to rectify order. I called four times with long hold times, Empower asked for new data each time. My Dr.'s nurse called but can't wait 45 min on a line. Massive fail!!! This company has had these issues for years and they DON'T CARE.
Horrible wait times
Horrible pharmacy. There systems to run a business are very flawed. Pts medications are always late. Eventhough you pay the delivery fee for overnight, even 2 day delivery is late. The medication reives warm. I have been on the phone waiting on a pharmacist for over 55 minutes. So disappointed in this company.

Unorganized and unprofessional
Unorganized and unprofessional. I called several days in a row about an order that they told me they didn’t have but they had received the order the previous week! The provider sent me a screenshot of the order and this pharmacy lied to me for a week.
Shipping charges a rip-off
I have only had one experience with them and that was good, except they charged a ridiculously high amount for shipping 3 little pills. Shipping charges are a rip-off! Packaging overkill for shipping 3 little pills.
Spent a ton of money
Spent a ton of money. Send injectable meds with no syringes. For the price I was charged they should have been included.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for refill on semaglutide.every time you call they can’t give an update on shipping.but they want you to pay before they send your prescription back to pharmacy to be filled.
Beware
I had 2 refills on my prescription and when I called them to get it refilled, The pharmacist told me that I will have to pay my provider first before I get my refills does not sound legit.
So what is the point of having to refill if I can’t get it filled.

Used to be terrific
Used to be terrific, now terrible. I rely on injectable B Vitamins and Empower is about the only place in the US to get them. Needed a refill, but after sitting on hold for over two hours two days in a row, a gave up and filled out their online refill form. Oh they took the money (over $200 for 2 vials) fast enough but have I received it? No. Over a week now. I’m totally out now and looking for an Indian source going forward I guess. Yes, I complained online but you might as well write that on a sandy beach for all the good it seems to do. The company is going to lose their patient base in a hurry. I know I’m unlikely to ever use them again. If I can find another supplier, I’ll be gone.

I will always report horrible customer service and this is bad. If you do not sit on hold the 1 1/2 to 2 hours to pay for the prescription it will not be ready and you will wait another 1 1/2 hours. Good knews is that includes their paperwork screwups. The bad knews is they try to lie to you about it. They do not know their head from their behind. I complained to a black female manager but.it was obvious she could care less. It was a sad and pathetic experience. That is 2 of 2. They forget who keeps the lights on for then.

Good stuff, just need it faster!

The calls need to be returned in a more timely fashion when we are checking on our orders and the orders need to be processed and shipped more quickly. The doctor's office we go through says this is a continuous problem with this pharmacy. Tighten it up, Empower! We need your "goods" - just faster!

Amazing Place
This was not your typical compounding pharmacy. The moment I walked in, I saw plaques covering the entire room. There had to be at least 200 of them! Anyway, I picked up my script. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and went over everything with me. This is the way all pharmacies should be!
