I ordered a couple items all in purple and they sent me one of the items in the wrong color. When I emailed them to send the right one, they said "omg we are so sorry!" And asked me to send a picture and they'll get it worked out. This was in mid-December. It is now end of January, and no response ever since. I emailed them 5 more times, on separate emails, and DM'd on Instagram. Nothing- they completely ghosted me! Not only have I asked for the item to be sent in the right color, but I also asked for returns/exchanges on the rest of the items. No response. In the past, they've been great, but suddenly they've ghosted me. My friend also made an order that she wants to make returns/exchanges and she got ghosted too!

I’ve reached out in various ways about my lost delivery. Premium shipping & should have arrived at the beginning of this month (december 5th 2022) but still no updates. Took my money & wont reply to any of my emails. Honestly don’t think i’ll be receiving my order.

HELP! Empty Soda will NOT respond to any of my numerous e-mails about a missing shipment. I have sent them very detailed e-mails regarding the situation and they simply WILL NOT RESPOND! So disappointing when the Freight Carrier will NOT help and Empty Soda will NOT respond. They have no problem taking your money, but they won't take the time to listen to a Customer???

I was scared to order because I rarely shop online for clothes, and this page seemed too good to be true, but they did not disappoint!! Everything I ordered was soo cute, and fit perfectly! Definitely my favorite clothing online store <3

I’ve bought from them once so far and i can’t wait to buy from them more! Their clothes are nice quality and i’ve gotten lots of compliments on their pieces that i’ve worn! i barley watched the first video of the brand i’ve ever seen and went straight to their website and bought from them!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They expected me to alter jeans that weren’t sewn properly and there is no way I could fix them without leaving a huge hole in the side of them. Ridiculous. Why should I alter something i paid too much for already?? And no response for days!! Never ever ordering from them again!!

Great quality clothes and incredibly cute and reasonably priced. Items came in the quoted delivery time and were well packaged. I got some items as a gift for a friend and she loved them all.

I’m not sure what I was expecting from this company. I was hopeful since so many people talked about getting trendy and cute pants on the internet but the sizes are ridiculously small. I was so shocked. But the shirts fit fine and regular size. Even the sweatpants and joggers seemed to fit strange and the material was not what I was expecting. The tops I ordered were cute and I’d definitely buy those again. I really want to like this store but I’d never wear their pants. The free gifts are really nice though. The shipping however takes weeks and is very slow after ordering two large packages from this store. Overall, I still like the store and I’d shop there again.

I would describe Empty Soda as my favorite place to buy the absolutely most cutest and comfortable clothing, not only that but it is sold at an amazing price. What I love the most is how it has different varieties of clothing and jewelry which I love.

My order came pretty quickly which I loved. I ordered a few jeans, a shirt, and received a free shirt. Everything was great. The dragon shirt wasn’t 100% cotton maybe an athletic material but it didn’t bother me much. I cat i’ll love it. And the jeans are pretty thick which is great. I order white jeans also and they aren’t see through.

I purchased a few tops $53 dollars worth, from Empty Soda and never received them.
I reached out to them twice and they told me to reach out to the post office. No help at all….. terrible customer service.

I was really excited about the order I purchased from this company! I was surprised at how low the prices were for how cute and trendy the items appeared to be. I purchased a mesh shirt, cargo pants, a belt, necklace, and a cute phone case. I was especially looking forward to putting the cute white phone case with plastic flowers on it onto my phone! I also got a free gift of a shirt and necklace, which I certainly would not pass up. As soon as I received the awaited text notification that the package had arrived, I hurriedly ran to the door to retrieve then open it. The first thing that I opened was the phone case, but it ended up being a cheap, thin plastic, and one of the flowers fell off immediately. Not much later, the other 4 or 5 flowers had fallen off too before I even got it on my phone, despite having spent $5 on it which doesn’t sound like a lot for a phone case but I definitely could have gotten a better case at the Dollar Tree. Next, I opened up the belt, which was super cute! A few days later after wearing it, the metal on the buckle gave me a bad and itchy rash on my stomach. Right after I opened the belt, I opened the free necklace that I had received which was a string of pearls with a small shell pendant. I went to put it on my neck and, you guessed it, it snapped and all of the beads fell onto the floor. I will say, the shirt and pants that I got did end up being cute, the only complaint I have for those two pieces was that the ankle bands ended up being super tight. Overall, my experience with this brand was bad. Not terrible, just bad. The prices match what you get, cheap items that either break, give you allergic reactions, or are uncomfortable. I do not recommend shopping at this store unless you want to waste your money. Their quality is about the same as Shein but for around 2x their prices, too.

This site has really cute outfits and accessories, their shipping was fast and I usually get a free gift when I order!
