Ordered the Firewave Pro on 12/2 and was directed to the Shop app for shipping updates. Since then it has read “preparing shipment”with no changes, no email to notify it has been sent. I have sent 2 emails with screen shot to the only contact information they provide, their info at email address, I also sent a message in their Contact Us page on their website inquiring about the status of the order. The only contact I have had is automated emails for me to endorse their products with links to get 5% back. This company claims to prioritize quick hassle free shipping for peace of mind which has simply been the opposite of my experience. Looking at other competitors’ websites in this industry, I have found many provide more than one way for a customer to contact them. Stay away from this company, reputations are not made overnight and they have a history of this offense.
Update:
EMR-Tek has yet to reach out to me. An automated message was sent saying my package has shipped and provided a tracking number for OnTrac late yesterday. As of 3:20pm today when using that tracking number it reads, “ The package data was sent to OnTrac, but we have yet to receive the package from the sender. Tracking will update once it arrives. Please contact the sender for more information.”
They have failed to ship an order in 24hours 8 days in a row now and consequently failed to get the product to me in 2-5 days and have failed to do any type of follow up to ensure the order is taken care of.

It all started with poor updates regarding the package tracking, but after good communication and customer care from the EMR-TEK team, everything worked out fine in the end.

If it hadn’t been for the tracking issue, it would have been 5/5.

I had a great experience — excellent company, great customer service, and high-quality products. They even paid all the duties. I’m very happy and will order again soon. Thanks!

I’ve tried a few red lights before, but the EMR-Tek Fire Wave is on another level. The combination of red and near-infrared light is perfect, and you can actually feel it working. I use it for lymph drainage when sick, cramps, sore muscles, headaches, hair growth, knee pain, c-section scar tissue and scaring and even on my face for skin benefits. It warms up quickly, has a super even light panel, and is powerful without feeling harsh.
What I love most is the portability—this thing goes from my bathroom counter to the couch to my bed. I’ve even brought it on trips. I genuinely notice faster recovery, less tension, and calmer inflammation when I use it consistently.
My only regret is I didn’t buy this sooner.

It has been 10 days since I ordered my device. Item was promised delivery in 2 to 5 days and their website still promises these dates. I have yet to receive my order and at this point they still have not provided me with a tracking number. At day 5 with no tracking updates I emailed and asked for updates, I got no response, same on day 6, no response. I reach out on IG, no response for 3 days, then they asked for my order number, I sent it and again no response. On day 8 (Fri) they said I would get a tracking on Mon, Tues at the latest. Now I just got a message that they would try to get me tracking at the end of the week? TRY? I should already have my package, not still waiting on a tracking. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. No phone number, no live chat, no way to find out anything. I can't believe they have so many 5 star reviews. How hard is it to put a shipping label on it and ship it????

This company and their product are absolutely amazing, the customer service experience is phenomenal and I’m overall happy with everything the company has to offer I look forward to working with them more in the future !

This company is great.
I encourage you to read their “Why EMR-TEK” page or watch one of his interviews, you will find information about their founder and his motives and it’s just great. Real passion.
They have a really nice blog with a lot of info on redlight therapy and how to apply it for your use case.
The service is really good, but sometimes email replies take a little longer in holiday season for example.
The best part are the products though.
High quality metal cases, really sturdy. The light is pleasant and warm. I feel recharged after every use.
They use researched wavelengths and have a high, effective power output. 236 watts on my device, which is important. The price is way too low for what you get, it is a steal, especially if you compare it to other companies.
I have used it for several different purposes and it just works.

All in all amazing company, if youre looking for redlight therapy this is it.

Placed an order for the Firewave Pro last week, however despite their shipping policy stating ''Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 24 hours" and "Automated shipping confirmation with real time tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility", I have had no correspondance from EMR-TEK except for daily spam emails. I have reached out to EMR-TEK twice by email but have had no response. Seems like it could be a scam and considering chargeback for fraud.

EMR-Tek has the most incredible customer service support. I had questions about my panel and about a discount. The discount was applied to my credit card before I was disconnected from the on-line bot. Exceptional quality product as well. Highly recommended.

I ordered the face LED. I've tried 6 of them in the past and this is BY FAR my favorite.

I have loved using my red light face mask. The way this company thought through a night routine where I can still use all my creams and the mask have enough of a raise that it’s not another step in the routine but works with my routine because the mask doesn’t stick to my face. Simple to use

I had a discount code that did not process at check-out and after reaching out to the company "Dishante" was able to make an adjustment to my payment and my account was promptly credited! I appreciate the quick action and kind service. Can't wait to try my products!

I've had several Firewaves for many years and they're great (except I wish they had handles for moving from place to place).
I recently purchased the Firefly. The fan is louder than expected, but overall works great. I would like to see the usage warnings on the website.

I initially bought the Firedragon to enhance my recovery from surgeries and overall energy. After doing an AI chat about it, I discovered that it has a more focused beam, 30 deg. Which makes it perfect for my stroke recovery that I'm also working on. I liked it so much that I bought the Firefly for localized therapy and then I bought the light stand for my Firedragon, which I now use daily.

This company carries groundbreaking red light therapy products! How can you say no to Firefly for one?! It is a mobile device that is very effective and soothing. What you see here on the website is what you get and more. It has a wonderful glowing effect inside out. I’m excited about getting more products!

Ive been a customer since 2024 im on my 4th blue light glasses for me and the teenage device using children and on my 2nd emr tek infared light both firewave and krypton mini. I use it for upset stomach, digestion and liver health and hair growth and now with the kryptoj mini it helps us with vitamin D deficiency and hypothyroidism that is now a growing hormone issue for many with stress radiation and use of electronics and stress in general. Thank you to the EMR team who is so helpful and customer centric! Ive bought machines for the grandparents to help their arthritis and back pain and for friends with children with immune compromised. For myself i love it to stimulate mitochodrial help and hormonal imbalance and inflammation. The is highest quality dont buy those fake made in china inexpensive ones on Amazon these are not built the same way as EMR tek!!!!

Update: The support email responded after my 4th try that is was being delivered on Dec. 6th via Amazon shipping. HOWEVER, I never received any notifications or tracking details like most companies provide. Like many other negative reviews for EMR-TEK, my order has yet to ship 17 days after paying. Their website says 2-5 days time for US based orders. I've emailed multiple times and while I do receive a response, it is just empty apologies that their warehouses are having issues. An ETA would be acceptable.

Despite having initial troubles with customs, they resolved the issue and I received the package without additional fees, as promised. Can't wait to try the Firedragon!

I already own the FireDragon Pro (which I love and use daily at home) but couldn’t take it with me when I travel. The FireFly is the perfect solution.

The FireFly’s size is great for travel. It’s incredibly compact and portable, allowing me to get red light therapy anywhere. The built-in stand is convenient and the battery life is amazing.

I use the FireFly:
- On my travels (plane and hotel to maintain my routine)
- At the office (to counteract all the blue light and amazing for an energy boost)
- To target certain areas like my knees and muscles for recovery.
- On my face (it looks more rejuvenated and any breakouts helps with healing)

I love I can I take my FireFly anywhere with me. If you’re into red light therapy, the FireFly is a total game-changer. Highly recommend!
