Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware
I’d read the reviews and was careful to say “no” to a second pair, to my horror a second pair was added, a very confusing website. I immediately sent an email to stop the order and received an email very promptly to say that the order had been shipped (it wasn’t shipped for 2 days, a bit of a lie) and I when I received the parcel to email and they would guide me to send it back. I received the parcel and there were more offers of 15 and 30% off instead of sending it back. I wanted to send it back however I had to send it back to the USA instead of the Australian warehouse I’d received it from. Apparently the company EMSense is associated with Calvin Klein as the money goes to CK-UK. I have email CK-UK and I’m waiting to hear from them. I suspect nothing will happen. The question I have to ask is: spend money sending it back with no guarantee I will get some of my money or I chalk it up to experience.

Save your money folks

Save your money folks, I ordered 2 of these and I didn't get any relief from my neuropathy. I couldn't get any heat from either one and only a small buzzing or vibration was the massaging feature. Also their is no returns once you open the package.
