Arrived on time and completed the service to a good standard.

Had Warren the electrician come today to sort electrics ready for stair lift insulation tomorrow. He was absolutely lovely, talked me through what he was doing and was very respectful of my home. If the insulation goes as well as today I will be extremely happy.

Denzal was excellent came to fix my mums stairlift and did a wonderful job. Very polite and experianced in his feild.

Dan was a great help and he fixed the stairlift quickly - he said when he came in that it would take half an hour and he was right. Dan is very good at his job, is always chatty and smiley. He put a new interface in and now it works brilliantly. Thank you Dan.

Well what can I say apart from what a fab company EMS really are, Keith and Dave were honestly the best, friendly, helpful, professional, happy chaps, and an absolute credit to EMS, I honestly could not have wished for a better service. So if you want a stairlift fitted then look no further than these guys. 5 +++++.

Denzil attended promptly, and quickly, but thoroughly, diagnosed the problem. With batteries changed stair lift working. Efficient and courteous. THANK YOU.

EMS were called to attend to a fault with a stairlift. Dan attended within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and repaired the fault. He was courteous, friendly and patient with my elderly relative. Excellent service from EMS and Dan.

Excellent service by everyone from the sales team to the electrician and fitter. Was told stairlift would be installed within 4 to 5 hours it was completed within 2. One very happy customer. Was left a guide (after being given a demonstration) and can confidently use it to be able get up my stairs again. Thanks to everyone I now have more time to myself without falling down the stairs

He's always smiling and friendly professional at what he dose he listens and sorts the problem out if possible I would highly recommend him to anyone and have him back if any other problems come up

Denzel what a pleasant man. I was so worried. The only other way to my bedroom is up a very steep narrow staircase.
Denzel arrived with is tools and his knowledge and repaired my lovely 17 year old lift. I am in heaven. I can now put all my ironing away.

Warren was at my house this morning to tidy the stairlift cables . What an amazing job he made. He was not only very polite and friendly but very knowledgeable in his work . An asset to Ems lift company . 10/10. Thank you Warren and Ems stairlifts.

Denzel quickly found the cause of the problem, replaced the batteries and showed me how the lift should be used. At all times he was polite and cheerful.
