I have been with Emubands since 2020 and have found them to be extremely helpful & professional. All my releases have gone out without hitches!
There was a day though when one could pick up the phone and chat to a staff member, but I discovered recently that facility is no longer available, and one has to subscribe nowadays to chat to them direct, so I duly subscribed!
I was a little sceptical wondering if I’d really get to speak to someone by using the “live chat” facility. I somehow expected it wouldn’t be that simple and was expecting to have to go through a ton of ‘bot’ questions before reaching an agent.
But .. much to my surprise, my account manager Chris immediately came on & solved my query. Chris was extremely helpful & professional! It was just so lovely to be able to speak to an actual person, and so unexpected.
I now know I can log on to the live chat in the future & Chris (or another staff member) will be there on hand to help which is so refreshing & reassuring.
There’s also the facility to book a phone chat with them too.
Thank you Chris, thank you Emubands. I’m so glad I chose Emubands as my distributors.

A really great local company with excellent customer support and a bespoke service. We wanted to go with the best distributor for our label services (regardless of location) and we were delighted to be able to work with Emu Bands who offer excellent service in the field but are also a local company for us in Scotland.

Really great to be able to speak to someone - an actual person - quickly and easily. Always friendly and helpful, and the distribution/general transparency on how your music is being worked is good. Worth the money.

I worked my a** off on two projects, learned how to 3D animate and stayed up until 4 am for a few nights to make a cover and a canvas vid and had one of my projects struck as "suspected fraud", another one as "AI generated content". After providing a 5 page document, screenshots, and two youtube videos of all my project files, proving that my work was legit (as i was instructed to do in their strike policy document), all i got was a corporate apology and nothing was done or changed or even acknowledged or adressed. Having your hard work invalidated without being able to defend it is one of the wors feelings i've ever had as a creator. I wont risk getting a third strike and will be taking my money elsewhere.

I’m still before my very first release, but I’m already very impressed with EmuBands. The processing was extremely fast – my tracks were added without any issues. The support is truly outstanding: my account manager Chris is always patient, kind and helpful, and I can rely on his guidance at every step. I also once chatted with SJ, who was equally helpful and supportive.

What I value the most is that I can ask about anything, and I always get clear and useful answers. Chris also gives me valuable tips, which makes me feel confident that everything will go smoothly.

I’m very happy with my choice, and I believe anyone who is hesitating should definitely go for it – the customer service is exceptional and makes the whole experience stress-free.

In my personal opinion EMUBANDS is the the number #1 Greatest distro there is, none compare they are honest , with quick top notch excellent support, their communication is top tier which is extremely important in this music biz, live chat huge bonus and releases are always on time as with payments, I could go on and on about how much they care about artists I’m fortunate to have found EMUBANDS and if your serious about music I highly recommend them!

Emubands are superb. I have the pro account and they go over and beyond to provide a fantastic service. They are very professional, courteous, exceptionally competent and the customer service has been so impressive.
The whole experience has been fantastic and the process for the artist is so straight forward and quick. I'm very greatful for the brilliant service and options they provide.

actually the only good distributor for independent artists. it may be a tad pricy, but with the introduction of their new subscription tier, (and trust me i HATE subscriptions, but every distro does this WITHOUT the perks of emu,) it's worth every penny. The only service where you get to have an individual represent you and tell you EXACTLY how everything works and where your money is going. not to mention you keep 100% royalties??????? gtfo any other distro. listen to meek.band

Avoid. They claimed my music was ai generated and won’t release it.
Real musicians getting screwed big time on this one!
I guarantee they use some ai system to detect this.
Needless to say it was a complete waste of time and you should use another service.

Great service to distribute your music. It makes sense to book the optional support in order to have the best experience. Would recommend it again.
