Had an issue with a release and reached out through the chat, got a response almost instantly. The problem was fully solved in less than 5 minutes. Super helpful, professional, and insanely fast support.

I tried to release my first track release through Emubands and they rejected it for "Artificial Manipulation of Streams," stating "your release fits the profile for one that we think may be susceptible to such activity."

The song hadn't even been released yet and I have zero followers or listeners. I wouldn't begin to know how to do that.

The email was extremely unhelpful and accessing their support contacts is nebulous to say the least (it seems that their support page is simply FAQs unless you are a pro subscriber).

They still haven't given me a clear reason after multiple emails, just copy paste responses. Going to have to find a new service now.

I sent my first song to be released it was in the pending stage then disappeared when I asked about it my subscription was canceled and they gave me a strike for "artificially inflated streams" how can a stream be manipulated when it never existed?

Can't fault the customer service, had an issue regarding a release, jumped on a chat and was helped by someone a minute later and everything was resolved.

Great distributer! No frills or gimmicks being thrown at you, just a solid well implemented service.

I have the premium plan which now gives unlimited free distribution which is a great feature. This also gives me direct access to SJ my account manager who has been awesome helping out with any questions I have and always sorts out any issues quickly.

You keep 100% of the royalties and for the price of premium its so worth it. Definitely one of the most cost effective distributers as well as the most professional.

Apart from the feedback being competent and helpful, the response time is fascinatingly quick, and the customer service very personal.

As soon as we’ve got in touch with Saul and the team, they’ve have helped us on every issue and solved every question he had (and we had a lot).
All the releases have gone smooth and if we faced any minor problem, Saul solved it quick and in a very supportive way.
