I ordered a dress for a major work event from another online retailer, which never shipped, so I was in a pinch and ordered from Emurj last Friday evening because my event was on Saturday! I chose next day Saturday delivery and was skeptical because I am in NJ and they ship from CA! They were so kind to ship it the same day despite being past their cutoff time. I received the dress on time, fit nicely, and it was a hit! Thank you, Emurj, for saving my evening! Also, bonus points to their care team for measuring the dress for me!

I strongly recommend avoiding this store.
I purchased a pair of shoes a few weeks ago and received them with minor scratches on the soles. Since the upper leather was in perfect condition, I didn’t think it was a big deal and didn’t report it immediately. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too wide.
When the store received my return, they refused to issue a refund, claiming the shoes were scratched. They even sent me a photo of a completely clean sole, which clearly didn’t match what I had received. I provided a photo I took the exact moment I opened the package, showing the scratched soles with the date and time clearly visible — but that didn’t matter to them. The store manager still blamed me and insisted it was my fault.
The customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was accused of damaging the shoes myself, and they’re now sending them back to me even though they know their claims aren’t true.
Bottom line: shop elsewhere. This store does not take responsibility and treats honest customers with disrespect. I genuinely feel scammed.
