Blue stuff
I love the blue stuff and wish it would go on sale once in awhile without having it in a group with other products. The white stuff is advertised as having the same pain relieving products but it simply does not have the same effect.

Great product thus far. It works in less than 5 minutes. Even with my right knee cartilage almost gone and arthritis, it takes the major edge off. I will be buying again. This is the only thing I have found to actually work!!!! Wish I could buy the largest one but, maybe in a few months I can.
