I honestly had a terrible experience with Namshi.
I placed an order almost two weeks ago and it never arrived. During this time I contacted customer service multiple times and clearly explained that I was traveling soon and needed the order urgently. Every time I called, I was told that a complaint was raised and someone would look into it — but nothing actually happened.
Since I still didn’t receive the order, I sent a follow-up email asking about the status of my shipment. Instead of providing a solution, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled.
When I called to understand what happened, I was told that the shipment was lost. I explained that I no longer had time and asked if the order could be delivered the next day. The response I got was that the items are now out of stock.
So after two weeks of waiting, multiple calls, and a follow-up email from my side, the solution was simply to cancel my order because no one was able to fix the issue?
This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff I dealt with were extremely unhelpful and seemed completely unable to take any real action. I’m honestly shocked that management allows this level of service.
Do they realize that their employees are driving customers away and cancelling orders just because they don’t know how to handle a problem?
Very disappointing experience. This will definitely be my last time ordering from Namshi.
