I invested in a trainer from feetup.eu, the first one arrived with a defect that left me feeling unsave, seeing as you are upside down with your entire bodyweight. I wrote customer service and they shipped off a new one for me the very next day without hesitation. I am waiting for it to arrive, but the customer service is on point at feetup.eu. the shipping on the first trainer was fast and with the black friday discount it was afforable for me. I look forward to recieving my new trainer! I recommend this company. Assembly is easy as well!

Had seen ads for this all over social media, unfortunatley the customer service is terrible, the web page is partly in another language, and when you send an email to customer service you just get back an auto reply. I had trouble with the tracking info, it was stating my address did not exist.... (CI251045196DE) after 2 emails and nothing back i bought something similar from amazon. i am very disappointed and would recomend anyone thinking about buying something simialr to go to amazon instead.!

The Feet up website is extensive and expansive. It states that it is just for the UK and in the FAQs states free delivery and that there are no additional tarrifs or charges. The dispatch information I received was in German and the product was delayed for weeks. I now have a bill from Parcel Force for £70 in unpaid Vat and customs duty. They will not release the goods until it is paid.
