No refund in full, even though car description was incorrect

Wanted to book a transfer with baby seat as indicated in the description of the car, but this turned out not to be possible in the end. The customer service proposed that I would cancel the order not telling me that they would not fully refund me because a fee is associated with the 'payment provider'. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
I had booked this car specifically for the baby seat, not that I had changed my mind. The description was clearly wrong, so otherwise I would not have booked the ride in the first place.
The fact that this company then wishes to invest more in throwing excuses at you instead of compensating in full, says everything about its reliability and view on customer service

On the Intui website, child seats are offered as an additional service. They are not included in the basic transfer price and must always be added separately during the booking process on the checkout page. Depending on the carrier, this service may be free of charge or paid. If the option to add a child seat is not available, it means that the carrier does not provide this service.

By booking and paying for a transfer on the Intui website, the client confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the service, which are published on our website. The cancellation and refund policy is an integral part of these Terms. Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the accepted conditions, including the deduction of a payment processing fee charged by the payment provider, not by Intui.

All actions on the part of Intui are carried out in full compliance with the agreed Terms and Conditions. No violations have been identified.

Vehicle descriptions and service details are provided by the carrier. We have taken the feedback into account and will forward it to the carrier to help prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.

My flight was cancelled

My flight was cancelled. I asked to use the voucher for the return to the airport but I have no answer from the company and on my account page the transfer is like completed, but that's not true.

By booking and paying for a transfer on the Intui website, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the service, which are published on our website.

According to the information provided, the flight indicated in the booking was cancelled. In such situations, if the transfer becomes irrelevant, the client must follow the instructions stated in the voucher: request changes to the order or cancel it, where applicable. No cancellation or change request was submitted via the account or coordinated with the carrier in advance.

In line with the voucher terms, route changes are subject to the carrier’s approval and may require an additional fee. In this case, the changes were agreed with the carrier, the additional cost was accepted by the client, and the transfer was provided according to the updated route.

As the service was completed, the booking was marked as fulfilled in the system. No violations were identified on the part of the carrier or Intui.

Refunds are generally not applicable in such situations; however, as an exception and with the carrier’s consent, a partial refund was issued. The refunded amount is credited back to the original payment method within standard bank processing times.

Intui.travel operates as an online transfer booking platform that connects clients with carrier companies.

Performance Notes

The car is provided much worse than in the application. The year of the car is older, the car brand is simpler. Several times a car with non-working air conditioning was provided. There was an order for which the car did not come to order at all.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
Booked an airport transfer 2 weeks before arrival- it was then cancelled the day before arrival and I was told it would take 3-5 days for the refund. It has been 2 months of me trying to receive this refund, and I keep being told by them that the matter is ‘out of their hands’. ??? Whose hands is it in then??? Ridiculous. Do not recommend

As noted in our earlier email to you, all payments and refunds are processed by independent payment processing centers. This is outside of our technical scope, and Intui does not have access to customers’ card details.

We processed your refund for the cancelled order in accordance with the Terms & Conditions on our website.

Following your inquiry, we investigated the matter with the payment system and received confirmation that the delay is due to a technical issue on the side of the processing center and their banking partner. They have confirmed they are working on a solution.

Great service at the reasonable price

Great service at the reasonable price. Considering in Turkey there is a habit of Turkish and some international companies charge you for something with no reason and set the price of $5 for small bttle of water, this company does the good think and price reasonably
