I made an order and paid April 28. Since hen, i’received no parcel and no reply to my claims. I’m trying to contact the numbers on the website - no reply. If you don’t function any longer, then reimburse the money I paid.

Dear Solbia Teams.
I placed order A233020 for EUR 159.00 on January 25th. On January 31st, I opened a claim. I have not received a reply. On February 5th, I sent a new message.
What should I do to get a reply? I am stunned not to hear from you. I used to order Solbia products through Anastore for YEARS; everything was perfect. Now that I live in Switzerland, I must go through the Solbia website because of delivery instructions.
Would someone please be kind enough to consider my request and claim? Order A233020 / Tickets 621894 & 121875

The products are good, paying for them is one of the most difficult experiences I have had on any site,Delivery is poor to fair but the customer service is poor, the company are slow to respond and the advertised phone number doesnt work.
Having said that once the product di arrive it seems to be good quality. I hope they might try to improve on how easy it is to pay and their customer service

my last cycle went fine, with 120nmol/l of total testosterone in blood at the 30th of june.
since then, the quality of the product (androtiv) lowered so much:
during my second cycle i found that sakets were underweighted. so i've done more sakets, taking for granted that the quantity of testosterone dissolved in the gel was the same, in percentual. and i've made a second rate. NOW, after 4 months in total at the dosage of 6 sakets a DAY (that would result in higher test levels, even if sakets are underweighted) my total testosterone is 48 nmol/L, done by lab. so by administering, IN THEORY, 1575mg of topic testosterone A WEEK, dosage at wich, in june, my labs resulted at 120 nmol/L, i had 48 nmol/L. the only answer is that their testosterone is largely underdosed, both in quantity of total solution and in the effective quantity of solute in the solution.
i spent about €1200 to buy my 4 month cycle.
i'm really, really disappointed.
