Beware ‼️ Don’t order from Soundwave

Beware everyone‼️ don’t order from Soundwave. They are dishonest and don’t ship orders. I ordered Cha Eun Woo's 2nd album on November 3rd. It said it would ship on November 24th, (the album's release date in Korea) but they haven't sent anything and have stopped responding to my emails. I will also warn other fans about their dishonesty on social media. You can read the negative reviews about them on Reddit and Trustpilot too, other people are in the same situation.‼️

Pre ordered from Soundwave 4 months ago…

Pre ordered from Soundwave 4 months ago items did get delayed but once they were shipped they never arrived but said they were delivered they were NOT there customer service was awful kept giving the same answer every time I asked them what was going on and if they could help basically they would tell me to keep on waiting on an item that were never gonna arrive or be delivered avoid this company if you don’t want to disappointment oh and they also block your account from been able to order or login once you get your bank involved

A Disastrous Experience with Sound Wave's Customer Service


"I bought D.O's album when I was in Korea in May. It was an opportunity for me to make this purchase, and I bitterly regret it. I also regret contacting their customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.

As soon as I made my purchase, I contacted Sound Wave to give them the dates of my stay and to ask if I would receive my delivery on time. They told me it would be difficult but assured me they would do everything they could to make sure I received it. In the end, the album I was eagerly waiting for arrived almost two weeks after I returned to France.

So, I asked for a refund. Not only was the exchange the most unpleasant and rude experience I've had since I started shopping online worldwide, but they also asked me to pay extra to get my album back. If I hadn't contacted them, they probably would never have informed me that the parcel had arrived too late. My Sound Wave account says the package was delivered, but that's not true, and I can't open a dispute. So, they failed to deliver on time, didn't inform me, and now I can't open a dispute. They blamed the issue on the person I emailed.

I'll say it again: this was the worst online shopping experience of my life. It completely ruined D.O.'s comeback for me."

Extra shipping fee, delayed shipping

I ordered some kpop merch to Europe. I payed for the product and around 30€ for the shipping. After waiting for 2 months I got an email asking for 20€ extra shipping fee due to Covid. I did not pay the fee and contacted the customer support demanding to ship my products since I already paid for the shipping. I demanded for a refund but they stopped answering my messages. It was not until I threatened them with PayPal buyers protection and Korea Consumer Agency that I got my refund.

2 stars since they actually did refund my money in the end, but I will definitely stay away from using them in the future.
