I ordered something on April 27th. It hasn't even shipped yet. I have emailed them several times and heard NOTHING BACK. I understand that we are in the middle of something but so is every other small company I have ordered from. I have never waited this long for an order. Stop ignoring the problem.
Horrendous
I understand it’s a small business, but do better ! I placed an order 4/16 that wasn’t delivered until 5/16. I immediately contacted CS via email to inform a style sent was incorrect. I even offered a solution since I was still set for another delivery that hadn’t been shipped yet. Instead of sending the same product twice (that I received incorrectly 5/16), I asked to have the correct style sent on the pending order set for future delivery. No response was ever received. Sent pictures as per their website, and rules that’s incorrect orders should be reported within 4 day’s of the delivery date . It’s now 6/1 and I have sent now 4 emails and no response! Yet, a WEEK earlier when I inquired about pricing for expedited shipping, I was able to receive an almost $250 quote for the packages I was waiting on. They can try and pry more money out of you, but can’t own to their mistakes and treat the customer as if “oh well, we messed up, too late we have your money “ will never buy from here again and will make sure this is posted for review on my channel!

I place an order on April 27, 2020 and now it is May 29, 2020 THATS TWO DAYS OVER A MONTH. I have not received my order I have not received anything. My tracking app says that it has not even shipped. Called and all they could say was they are a smaller company and it’s going to take longer then normal. Well I’ve ordered things within that time frame from “smaller companies” and shipping and processing did not take this long. Absolutely disheartening and glad I know where my hard earned cash is going. Don’t be fooled by the cute packing and deals. Should have read the no refunds or returns or exchanges either. My order was not cheap I am appalled at this company.

If I could give no stars I would. I place my order exactly a month ago today. I have not yet received my order. I understand shipments have been delayed to the virus HOWEVER I've ordered stuff from other companies during this time and I've gotten weekly e-mails with updates about my shipments. I sent an e-mail a week after i placed my order and got a very scripted e-mail saying shipments were being delayed and my order will say "unfulfilled" until it's shipped. I e-mailed them a few days ago w zero response. I'm about to dispute the charges with my bank and get the money back. I will never ever order from this place ever again. Horrible customer service. I get e-mails from them with offers and "coupons" about once a day but never an e-mail about my order.

Never again! It has been a month since I placed my order and it still has not been shipped. I sent a message to customer service a couple of weeks ago and received a form letter response.
Crooked if you ask me. This company is quick to take your money and say "thanks for the order! We will fill it when we feel like it. Oh, and we have your money and there is nothing you can do about it"
I read all of the bad review before I made the order but had decided that I would order anyway since the products are made in the USA. Bad choice. There are plenty of other nail companies who manufacture products here in the states. This one is not needed!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order on 5th April as others said after completing a message comes up telling you can't cancel or get a refund. Had an email 30th April to say my main item was out of stock, which they knew when order was placed! Should not be available to put in basket if not available. Expected a longer wait as in UK, but now 21st May and still waiting. Sent several enails to ask if my order has been shipped as my main item is back in stock now, no reply and no tracking number to check. I'm sorry Max I enjoy your pots and know you have good quality products. Very shoddy customer service for a company purporting to be international. Need to improve or will lose a lot of customers.

They hurry and take your money, but do not deliver your product. It has been 25 days and it still has not shipped, I emailed twice with nothing but automated excuses and reminders you cannot get refunds or cancel orders.
The website says it will deliver in 2-4 days after order. They don’t disclose until after the order is completed that you cannot cancel or get refunds. Sorry EnailCouture but consumers have rights! I worked with visa and exercised my chargeback rights and got my money refunded. I recommend you all do the same. Or we Techs need to start a class action lawsuit.

When ordering items were marked in stock
I then emailed them for express shipping and then during that email exchange I was notified of an item being out of stock and my order being delayed. “ Due to the square being on preorder we are not able to send out your parcel until those arrive.”
So they claimed they DO NOT SPLIT orders.
Received package and I was missing an item I ordered further look into the package there is a small piece of paper saying missing item was out of stock (which was not the original item that was out of stock a month ago) and it would be shipped later.
So 1 you lied because you CAN and will split orders, 2 you did not notify me of any of my items being out of stock. Original item or the 2nd item.
I then emailed them on 5/4/20 asking for an Eta of when this item would be stocked and shipped, received this response “ We expect to ship the item at the end of this week , you will be getting a separate email with it tracking once it leaves your facility !

That time comes and goes and had to email them once again about the status no response within 24 hrs, sent a 3rd email and received this response “Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate the opportunity to help you.
We will send out your missing ballerina nails once the restock of these tips is available!
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once they are sent.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during these uncertain times.“
This was my 1st and sadly my last order with Enailcouture.
I will give them another week then I will dispute this transaction with my Cc company as said item.
The product itself is Outstanding however, as a customer service trainer the lack of professionalism in staying ahead of problematic issues and keeping your consumer fully aware is where I will refuse to continue to do business with them.
I understand the processing times are high due to Covid19 however, let that be the 1st thing a consumer see’s so that they can decide if the wait is worth it as these might be items needed ASAP. To help them continue to serve their clients.
The out of stock items need to say “OUT OF STOCK” and unable to order until it’s IN STOCK so there are no delays with the remainder of the order.
I understand you need to run a business but WE run businesses as well and sadly depend on your reliability to get our items to us in a timely matter or at-least refuse to take our money on items you know are not “IN STOCK”.
The product is amazing but not worth the hassle of reordering and dealing with the lack of empathy from the company.
Instead of the 50000 daily daily emails and demonstrations on FB and Ig I think Max should redirect his attention to the processes he has in place from inventory notifications to order processing to customer communication but sadly his attention is on selling and not delivering.
I hope this reaches someone who is a 1st time buyer and they understand what sadly might more then likely be their experience, because I wish i would of did my due diligence to look at reviews and YouTube’s of this company.

I didn't know until ***AFTER*** my order was placed, paid for and everything that they were not shipping out orders due to the quarantine. What makes it even worse is that the disclaimer is only shown upon completion of your purchase--very scammer-like!! We have to be careful! if companies like C&P, Kiara Sky, Young Nails, etc, are fulfilling and shipping orders at this time, even with a wait, then Max and Co owe its customers the same services. That's really poor customer service. What's crazy is that I chose to shop through them after reading terrible reviews on Love Candy Coat, another nail supply with horrible CS reviews, and Enail Couture is literally neck and neck, if not worse.
We shall see when the items come if ever. I ordered through Paypal. I won't be playing those games.

We've ordered from Max (enailcouture) a couple of times. While the shipment does take around 2-3 weeks to get we still receive the items ordered just takes a while. The thing that we are not happy about is that when we receive a wrong item and want to return it, it takes forever to do so and we do not get a full refund because the taxes paid on it is still kept by the company. Last time I ordered the $10 bling tool and received the cheaper and less cute one. I asked to exchange and sent the item back but never got the $10 bling tool which is highly disappointing. One last thing that I absolutely hate is when I place an order and it clearly shows that it is in stock still but then I get an email stating that a refund will be issued because a certain item ordered is out of stock. Please, please, PLEASE update your website so we can avoid this. It is frustrating especially since you are not refunded the full amount because the tax portion of it is withheld.
Edit: If an item ordered is out of stock maybe ask the customer if they'd like to be added onto a waitlist to get that item next time it is back in stock?

What a poor service of this company, already waiting 1,5 months for my items.
I bought it because of the NCE promos on YouTube but will never ever buy from this brand again.
Had a previous shipment from the US (living in Europe) from Aprés nails and it arrived within 1,5 week.
Anno 2020 1,5 month waiting on an order is no longer accepted by customers not even with the vibrant and lovely smile of Max in all the YouTube.

I received my order 4 weeks after I placed the order. On top of that I received a set of nails that was missing a number and did not receive a base coat that I ordered. I emailed them two weeks ago and still have not received a response. I spend $100 on supplies and I feel like what I got was not worth it. I gave them a two star rating since I did like the nail foils. I am searching for a new company to buy my nail supplies from.

This is my second order I've been happy with all my products so far. Both orders did take 3 weeks to receive, so be prepared to wait. One of my bottles did come in broken. It was the limited edition shine e top coat. The neck of the bottle was broke off in the lid and gel polish was all over the inside of the package. It's a beautiful bottle but it's very susceptible to being damaged. The only thing that I do not like is that if there is an issue with the package enailcouture has no responsibility for the products. If an item is damaged you have to make a claim with United States Postal Service. But I'm sure I will order again
