Great customer service

Lovely salon with a nice vibe, very friendly stylists and overall team. The customer service is really excellent- when I wasn’t 100% happy with my cut, Ola and the salon owner were very responsive and went above and beyond to resolve things.

I was really looking…

I was really looking forward to the first of four treatments, unfortunately due to trains even though I left with ample time,there were disruptions on the train lines meaning I had to change and go different directions to get to my appointment. I called to let them know I may be late as the circle and district line were not in operation. I asked to rebook as it was no fault of my own a d was stuck on the train track for a long time, I contacted this establishment a few times and was told that I should still come and be charged for the full time. I understand that they have a policy, and people may use excuses, but I could not get there any earlier this was beyond my control. I had to turn back and was told to re book lose my deposit and book again!!! I had been before and felt the treatment was not that good, but I still thought I would go back and support and put my first experience down as a blip.

About 6 weeks ago I had my first and…

About 6 weeks ago I had my first and last visit in Ena salon.
I was looking forward to this app for a while ,as now in pregnancy my hair hasn't been great to be honest and wanted to have a good chop. So I did my research, I follow the salon Instagram page ,everything looked promising, I choose a stylist with 20years of experience and he has as I've seen on his Instagram page loads of curly textured hair clients. Sassoon background, though what can go wrong.
Well, let me start from the beginning of actual consultation where I explained what I wanted ,so after those 5min me talking,he literally asked " So what do you want ?!" I felt like leaving then and there. But didn't want to make a scene. After hair wash,my shirt/back got all wet, he totally ignored it and just tucked in a towel . Then the haircut itself, felt inpersonal and lazy. Wasn't at all the cut/layers I asked for . He said he will finish my front of hair , graduation at front once he dries it. Didn't actually do it at all until I asked him what about the front, as I wear long curtain fringe . He just did the right side and didn't even touch the left! Little to say I was in total shock and disbelief what was going on. Such a poor customer service, he seemed so bored and lazy in his job. Not at all passionate in what he was actually doing. He kept talking about his next client after me(as she came 30min early) and how she was some actress and she knows his ex really well.
I was so disappointed and sad ,bit angry about the whole experience. It was the worst haircut and atmosphere I had ever had in my 37 years of getting my hair done. And payed £120 for thar service . It took me only now to even leave this review as I'm still traumatised. I had to find another alternative and recut and correct my hair and pay for that obviously. I don't want to write the name of my stylist not to shame them but all I can say is just don't bother going as it definitely not worth your money or time.

There's so much to rave about Ena!

There's so much to rave about Ena! I've been going to this salon for the past 6 years and always been receiving a consistent wonderful service. Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. Their attention to detail is second to none. Serena and Sam have been cutting my hair. I value and trust their knowledge and expertise.
The salon decor is just beautiful. I adore all their furniture from the reclined wood. There are plenty of plants that give the space a feel of a verdant oasis making every experience so relaxing! ☺️
I'm a great fan of their products too-they are the flagship store for Davines, my favourite brand when it comes to hair products that's always synonymous with beauty and sustainability.

Thank you to everyone at Ena, I'm looking forward to see you all again soon ❤️🙏🏼

Beautiful salon

Love the salon. All the staff are so friendly and make me feel like I’m at home. Had my haircut with lots of different stylists & I’ve had a great experience every time

Cannot recommend this salon enough

Cannot recommend this salon enough. Great service from start to finish. Lovely staff who go above & beyond to ensure your experience is memorable. Jake is my current favourite! I’ve had a few haircuts from different stylists & have liked them all (my long hair makes it easy to cut) but keep going back to Jake for the cut & conversation. He cuts my hair so beautifully that all I do is wash it, use the products he recommends & let it dry naturally. Highly recommend Ena!!!
