This site stole a $150 Home Depot gift card from me. With poor communication and just stopped returning everything and never paid out..

They took my order and then didn't communicate for hours and then said the order was canceled. It was a $30 Nordstrom gift card they drained to zero. Fu+k these guys. I'm working with Nordstrom's investigation team to find the owner.

Definitely a scam. Had a $50 grocery gift card went on said the amount and took pictures and submitted it and it said thank you. Messaged live chat saying what now it just said thanks and they said you'll get paid in an hour. I said how you have no information to even pay me. They replied it's not their fault I didn't add anything. Then they asked how I wanted paid which is weird after and then I asked how much am I even getting since that wasn't shared either then said 9$% they meant 92% I guess and I replied this seems scammy and they said okey thanks for your card. Luckily I was right by a grocery store ran in and spent $49.76 on random stuff as fast as I could and said enjoy your dimes. 100% a scam. Sad it was the first pop up on a Google search. That should never happen.

I used this company in good faith that I would get cash for my gift card, the whole entire website Encash is a fraud . They take your card and then stop communicating with you with 30 to 45 mins. Please be careful of scams , I wished I read this before I used them or I think it just one person sitting by a laptop pretending to own a business with a large staff. Don’t get scammed by this company Encash , who knows they must have other names of pretension company’s doing the same thing . Well all I have to say is KARMA will get you

This site is a complete scam. Unfortunately, I haven't read the reviews before. I had a 150-dollar Amazon gift card. They never deposited the money, and when I tried to email them or chat with them on their site, they didn't respond.

This company stole $729 from me and then they won’t respond no way to reach them. I’m filing a class action lawsuit against them. I’m not going to stand by and take this. I’m reaching out to a law firm and also the card company. They’ve messed with the wrong person. I will not stop till I get my money. Keep an eye out for class action lawsuit.

First off, the site seems off kilter. The way they write their policies is too simplistic & doesn't sound genuine. Very glad I decided to look into these people further before proceeding with the supposed 30 min sell process that support shot at me for my gift card. Trust my gut, not getting scammed today! I pity the fool. Smh

Sold my 100 walmart gift card to this company and never got paid....card now has a 0 balance....I'm so hurt I needed the money for a bill...these people don't care or understand how this realy hurts people

If I could give no stars I would. They screwed me out of a $110 Ulta gift card. Said they couldn’t verify the balance. When I submitted the card it had $110 on it.. now it has a 0 balance. When I contacted them I was told “I understand, but understand my team couldn’t verify the balance” Am awaiting my transaction history to prove they removed the money.
