The only hard thing was choosing the right design, so many cute designs to choose from, whatever the interest..theres something for everybody. As in our response to your email, each and every order is processed with care from printing, weeding and packaging to ensure our customers receive their order in an 'as new' condition. No order would intentionally leave with visible marks or creases in the backing paper and are rigorously checked during weeding and prior to packaging so we are confident they arrived in a gift worthy condition. You also claimed that they must have been tampered with however there was no evidence shown of damage to the packaging to show this. As requested we accepted the order to be returned without any questions however on inspection there were no visible marks or creases in the backing paper and it was deemed that the wall stickers were returned in a resalable condition. As a result it was classed as an unwanted return and as stated in our returns policy, you were refunded less the cost to return the wall stickers. Of course, we do not want our customers to be unhappy, however as a small business we have to stick to our policies which we believe to be clear and fair for both parties.
Amazing wall stickers
Amazing wall stickers. Easy to move around if you don’t position right first time. Fabric means they don’t tear and are very durable! So happy with how my nursery looks now as I really didn’t want to paint the walls. Can make your own layout as all stickers are individual.

BEAUTIFUL!
We bought these stickers and they are nothing short of AMAZING! Super easy to apply and if you make a mistake you can simply remove and reapply. They look wonderful and my 4 month old just loves staring at them. I highly recommend!

Thank you for your review. i'm sorry you were disappointed with our products and service. Adding further context to this, before your order had actually left, your initial email asked why was your order shipped late. A response was sent immediately to state that your order was being shipped within our stated terms and conditions and was not late. Your then subsequent emails did not come across as constructive criticism but continued to have a rude and threatening tone, of which neither are tolerated. As a result, your order was cancelled and refunded in full.
Excellent product
Easy to order and prompt delivery. The sticker looks beautiful on the nursery wall and was very easy to reposition when we stuck it up wonky the first time.

Quality watercolour nursery stickers
The nursery stickers are amazing we purchased the watercolour jungle and once on wall you would not know they are stickers, they were fairly easy to do and have made the room complete.
