I have ordered from Enchanted Planet on several occasions and will continue to do so. The products are amazing quality, ethical and reasonably priced. I have bought quite a few gifts for Birthdays/Christmas and the recipient has always been delighted. The packaging is always beautiful and well thought out for the items ordered. Lastly the customer service is outstanding. I will continue to recommend this website to everyone I know. Customer for life :-)

Ordered jute lunch/gift bags. Really lovely. The only reason I didn't give 5* is because they took a week to arrive, but this could be due to Covid 19.

I have brought so much over the years, from sanitary products to Lanka kade wooden animals. The ethos of this company is fantastic and follow right the way through to packaging. The customer service is second to none and answer questions quickly when requiring guidance. Fantastic company highly recommend.

Just put in another order last-night for some teacher gifts,& some of the amazing silicone reusable straws for our trips to takeouts like macy ds :),my son is loving his wooden dinosaur collection which I brought last month & my scrubbies are still going strong love them
As they have the soft cloth side and the rough side for tougher cleaning & only two for £6 which is fantastic for what they are and washable to 💚 thanks for the quick service as always and the gift wrap in green paper is stunning keep up the great work enchanted planet uk 💚

Very efficient service from Enchanted Planet. Items arrived just three days later, extremley well wrapped with a lovely personal note from Amanda apologising for the extensive use of packing. As if she needed to apologise, as every bit of the crockery arrived unbroken and perfect.
Totally delighted with my rainbow teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug. I would certainly use their services again and would recommend them unreservedly.
