a wonderful customized trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana
I was able to customize my trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana to do all the things I wanted to do and see what I wanted to see and experience. Each lodging was different as I had requested and I felt cared for as we were pleasantly greeted at each transportation transfer. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable during our 2-week journey! I highly recommend Enchanting Travels for a trip of a lifetime!

We booked a tour to Patagonia with Enchanting Travels and had a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.
One of the things that impressed us most was how quickly they arranged a personalized video call. This gave us the opportunity to get to know each other and, more importantly, allowed them to understand us as people, our travel style, and what we were hoping to experience. It immediately felt like a genuinely personal service rather than a standard travel booking.
Every question and request was answered promptly, and Julia provided thoughtful, inspirational suggestions that enhanced our itinerary. Throughout the planning process, we felt we were in the hands of experienced professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the region.

Made our trip to Japan seamless. They were there from the moment we sent the email inquiring about possibilities, to picking us up at the airport, to finding and recovering lost luggage, finding us while at every train stop, to picking us up at the airport to head home. Enchanting Travels planned us an amazing adventure!
We chose Enchanting Travels for our Africa Safari mainly based on reviews. After a zoom call with Alison, our travel consultant, we were even more confident in our decision. She listened to what we wanted and presented an amazing vacation plan. We were a little nervous since we were 2 women traveling alone, but all our concerns were put to rest the moment we stepped off the plane. We were met at the airport by someone that helped us through customs and then whisked off to our hotel for the night. Our safari guide, Alfred, met us the next morning and was amazing and took very good care of us for the remainder of our trip. We had an absolutely amazing adventure. The accommodations recommended by Alison were wonderful and top notch. I really can’t say enough about how things were handled. Our contact in Africa, Cyprian, checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely use Enchanting Travels again for future travels.
