I was very happy with the phone service I received from Deavon at Encompass/Lasko outdoor fan. He was very helpful and made sure to help find the part numbers I needed. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.

Super rude, left me without a part which was on the backorder. Never any updates, calling now and they are saying there is no order with my number. THEY WERE SUPER RUDE!

Initially I was very frustrated with the length of time it took to maneuver through the phone prompts (8 minutes+). When I did I was told I couldn't buy parts, I was then transferred to service department and Kris was a great help (I'd give her a 4 star).

The representative Derrick, is one of the most helpful people I have spoken with in years he made the entire purchase easy was helpful in locating the proper part
