Very easy company to deal with
Very easy company to deal with - nothing is too much trouble for them. From sales to set-up, very friendly and helpful staff. I have dealt with Angel Day, Noah Fay and Gurjit Mall and they have all been extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions / issues I have had.

Our change of system was dealt with by Donna Gardner and the transition has been seamless. Donna was efficient, professional and got the job done without causing any disruption and in the time frame promised. Gurjit Delivers Again - Thank you mate
What can I say other than top service, as always, from Gurjit, never fails in delivering a top class service - Enconvo should consider themselves lucky to have Gurjit as part of their team.
I have been a returning customer now for almost 10 years that isnt because of prices or handsets, its solely down to the customer service that he gives. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and that is a very special quality.

From start to finish, our digital telecoms upgrade was handled with absolute professionalism, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received.
Maria Brett deserves particular recognition for her exceptional planning and guidance. She walked us through every stage of the upgrade with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a complex process feel simple and well‑structured. Her organisation and communication were first class.
Abbey was equally fantastic — incredibly patient, understanding, and always ready to help. No question was ever too small, and her calm, friendly approach made the entire transition smooth and stress‑free.
And when it came to installation, Gary was brilliant on site. Efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, he ensured everything was set up perfectly and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked before he left.
Overall, an excellent experience from a team that clearly takes pride in delivering top‑quality service. Highly recommended!

We had an old phone system
We had an old phone system so when it came up for renewal I contacted Enconvo just to enquire what telephone systems were around before simply renewing the contract. There was no pushy sales whatsoever and they gave us all the options. We upgraded the new system and all correspondence and installation was first class. VERY happy with new phones. Would highly recommend Enconvo.

New broadband
We have used Enconvo for a number of our businesses now and they never let us down. From the initial sales process from Dan through to the order processing led by Noah and finally Dominic who helped us get online following some initial issues which were out of his control, but we were online and functioning in a timely manner.
