Your order was placed on April 27 using Amazon Pay, which can occasionally place orders on a temporary hold while payment clearance is completed. Once the payment was fully confirmed, we shipped your order right away. The package shipped yesterday, and the tracking information was sent on May 5 to the email address provided at checkout.
We recognize this delay was not ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience. We are actively reviewing how to better handle Amazon Pay orders in the future to help prevent this type of delay and improve the overall experience.

I greatly appreciated being able to use a couple of "demos" for a few months before deciding that it was the best product for our school.
