I called in an order because online wouldn't take tax exempt and the representative was super nice and helpful. It would be great to do online, but having a pleasant call made it okay!

Great Customer Service
After visiting the Hamilton Buhl booth at the Denver ISTE Conference I was very impressed with the Flex-Phone and wanted to try with my 9 yo grandson who is very destructive. I was able to order 3 different styles, including the Flex-Phone, to use. Customer service was very helpful with my confusion on shipping costs and my needs. I will definitely order again!
