Loved what I ordered. My only announce is that on the magnets there’s a sticker on the back and when you’re giving that so someone as a present the stickers should be easy peel. My now has annoying marks

Excellent trader and customer service
Initial issue with order as the website allowed me to purchase out of stock items. However, I was quickly contacted and offered a refund or wait for goods. Customer service was great, I received everything which was high quality and good value and I got a free gift as an apology. Excellent trader.

Encore Gifts is a small business aimed at providing musical theatre gifts to fans. We do not handle any tickets or bookings.
Useless husband buying late gift
As a typically useless husband, I ordered something last minute for my wife's birthday. The item was out of stock everywhere other than Encore Gifts. Once ordered, I emailed in to confirm that I would get it before my wife's birthday. I quickly received an email to say it'll be dispatched soon. The next day it was dispatched and it arrived a day later, well in advance of my wife's birthday. The process was easy, quick and friendly! I'd thoroughly recommend this business and I'll be using them more in future!

I'm pleased with the products I ordered (embroidery kits), but it took 4 weeks for them to be delivered. They were very helpful when I emailled asking about the delays and sent me the tracking info, but still that's a very long time to wait.
