Failed to fulfill contract, caused severe delays and financial loss, zero accountability
Encore were contracted in January to remove all furniture and personal belongings from my flat so urgent renovation work could proceed. They failed to remove the furniture as contracted, only taking personal items.
This fundamental failure caused a 12-day delay to the entire project, leaving me severely out of pocket for extended accommodation and causing immense distress and disruption to my health.
In May, I wrote to them formally detailing the significant financial and personal fallout caused by their negligence and incompetence. They did not even bother to acknowledge or reply to the letter.
A completely unprofessional company that fails to deliver on basic contracted agreements and refuses to take any responsibility for its mistakes. Avoid them.
