The service itself is not bad. The VPN worked well for me most of the times and the apps for iPhone and Mac are good.
Anyways, they make it impossible to cancel your subscription from your dashboard. So you need to contact them. The support answered fast in the beginning and tried to convince me to stay – which is okay.
BUT, after a few mails back and fort they canceled my subscription instantly even I let the know clearly that I want to cancel to the end of the period which I already paid for. In my case still about 2 weeks.
After they canceled it instantly the support just ignored me completely. Remember, actually the support is answering fast. Of course just to convince you to stay. My workday was destroyed because I could not use my already paid VPN. Amazing way to let an actually happy customer go. Bad impression at the end.
