I finally received a refund from Endado for the damage to SEUR! I have, in fact, changed my rating regarding my experience.

*********The order arrived in 2 parts. The 2nd package was left in front of my neighbor's door with all the oil that leaked from the box and spread in front of his front door. The Endado company has been promising me a refund for several weeks. To date, no news!! Disappointing from a commercial point of view for the Endado company and lamentable from the point of view of the carrier; the so-called SEUR!!!

I ordered 4 x 1ltr of oil, in stock available for next day delivery! 7 days later the oil arrives with no packaging at all! Just chucked in a box rattling around, one bottle damaged and leaking....Useless.

Made an order on 02/08/23 they took my money , no tracking details no response, order shipped , but nothing has arrived after 8 days...

I had not heard of the site before so checked Trustpilot for reviews before making an order.

I needed some engine coolant and saw their website had a very competitive price for the product I needed so decided to buy it on their website. The product was delivered within a couple of days and packed well.

Great service and I will check their site for other car related products I may need.

Perfect service. I ordered a Belt Tensioner, v-ribbed belt DAYCO APV2232 on a Thursday morning and at midday on Friday the next day I received the item. The item was well boxed, as described and I only wish I could get this level of service back home in France. Thank you all guys top marks :-)

I was told which brake pads were right for my car by endado but they sent the wrong ones, my car used shoes not pads. They said returns were free and easy and picked up by seur within a max of 2 days but the courier has not picked them up after 4 days still and i have been waiting in for them every day!! Bad service and i cant trust endado who keep promising a pickup, wont use them again

Made order Friday and it arrived at midday Monday driver called 10minutes before to confirm address all correct a great service 100%

Really bad services!
I ordered a car oil, that was sent somewhere else and i didn't receive it. For two months I am trying to convince them to resend it to me or give my money back and nothing happened! Rarely they answer in the emails saying sorry you will have it soon, but this happening for al this period without result.
Unfortunately really disappointed with the company and special the customer service.
