I bought a pair of size 10.5 shoes from this company several years ago and liked them. On March 3, 2026 I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the same 10.5 size. I recieved one pair, labeled size 10.5, but about an inch longer than a normal size 10.5. The webpage says returns accepted and has a link to a return label, which is disabled. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. I called on WhatsApp with no pickup, and left messages. I got one response saying return directions would be sent shortly, which never appeared. I am out $257 to this sleazy business.

I ordered shoes from this company and never received them. The shoes were ordered on 10/7, and were delayed in shipping by several weeks. They were scheduled to be delivered 10/23, and then I requested that the delivery date be adjusted to 10/27 because I was out of town. I received written confirmation that the shipping date would be modified. When I returned 10/27, I got confirmation on that date that the shoes were delivered 10/23, but were not present at my house. I requested new shoes be shipped, which was confirmed. After two weeks, I requested a refund and was subsequently ghosted.

This is unfortunate because I've been buying shoes from this company since 2021.

The co-founder is a liar. This company states on it's LinkedIn page "We exist to increase fairness, justice, & equality in the world" but then specifically discriminates against Americans living overseas and supports the US government stealing money from dual citizens who legally live overseas.
Do not support this company, they only want to steal your money!
