My package was delivered by FedEx but they delivered it to the incorrect address. Thankfully someone dropped it off to my office community staff.

I was excited to receive the polo shirt. Read review and to see if was shopping on the USA site. The item just didn't fit right. So I need to return it. Only to be lead to see returns is at my expense and it has to be sent to the UK. This is very misleading. How it cost more to send the item back than the actual cost of the shirt.

So if you order be set to live with your purchase

The spezial drop was a complete shambles.
Not the merchandise but the problem lies with END. Waiting in a queue for 30 minutes then all footwear sold out in 0.00001 of a second. The original way was fairer enter the raffle and if selected ok. This way was not so fair. Please do NOT repeat this way again.

First the countdown was on the app then went blank and had to quickly move to the website but by the time I had got on all the size 7.5 were away then I panicked got a size 8 then went for the t shirts and pressed for two by mistake but didn’t want to lose anything as it was all going that quickly I pressed buy luckily I was able to get them but find this stressful as there is only an end in Glasgow and I stay in Edinburgh so going Thruogh was a Nono . As for the golden tickets only in Newcastle and Manchester I find really unfair so I’ll either have to be on my game the next drop or not bother and head to overpriced eBay for less stress

Good reliable service

I was very disappointed with my experience shopping with END.
I placed an order and at no point during checkout did I notice that I would have to pay additional import taxes and fees upon delivery. When the package arrived, I wasn’t home, and FedEx left a notice saying I had to pay an extra $37 for taxes and other charges before receiving my package. This kind of information should be made much clearer before customers place an order.
Because of this unexpected charge, I decided to return the order. However, finding clear instructions on how to return a package that I haven’t even received has been extremely difficult. Customer support has been very slow and hard to reach. The only thing that provided any help was the chatbot on the website.
FedEx has now told me that if I don’t accept the package, it will eventually be returned to the sender, and only then can the refund process begin. So now I’m simply waiting, which has made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating.
I hope END improves the transparency of import charges and provides clearer return instructions and better customer support for international customers.
