These guys shipped to the US in record time. The packaging was top notch. I ordered a pair of sunglasses. They came wrapped in a sealed plastic bag, then in a zip lock bubble wrap bag, then finally in a box. The box was the right size to print crush damage, with enough space, yet not so big to allow them rattle around the box across the ocean. This means something to me as I dont want to recieve my product damaged off the start and these guys get it right.

Good experience for someone with fragrance sensitivity.

I ordered a pair of Women’s Adidas Japan Decon sneakers in ‘black & orange tint’,
which is also called beige or white depending on the store. My usual Puma size is women’s 8 in US. After a bit of research I went with women’s 6 in UK size and it fits like a glove. Shipping didn’t take long. My toes don’t love getting crammed into narrow toe boxes but these shoes feel great without looking wide at all!

Good experience but no confirmation email
I used the welcome offer for email subscribers to get some trainers for a great price. I didn't receive an order confirmation email (yes, I checked my junk), and so the first email I received from End was confirmation of my delivery, hence only 4 stars, but otherwise no complaints at all. The item arrived quickly.

Tampered With Return
I purchased underwear from End and returned it unopened and with the hygiene seal fully intact, within the return window. End refused to refund me, citing the Consumer Contracts Regulations hygiene seal exception, despite the fact that the item had not been opened or worn and the seal was untouched.
I escalated formally in writing, citing the relevant legislation and my right to a refund. End maintained their refusal throughout, offering no meaningful response to the points I raised.
When the item was eventually returned to me, the hygiene sticker had been removed. It was in a different condition to how I sent it back.
I have been a customer of End for a number of years. The handling of this dispute has been poor at every stage and I will not be shopping here again. I would caution anyone purchasing items that might need to be returned to think carefully before doing so.
