Hi, I've been buying sneakers from your store for about eight years now, all New Balance. I bought at least 20 pairs. Then I stopped shopping there because I ran out of money. This time I bought a pair of sneakers and I'm very happy with them. However, I used express shipping to get them faster, but they arrived a day late, which makes me a little unhappy. One of the product I ordered was…
One of the product I ordered was canceled only after I had completed the checkout, with the reason being that the inventory information was incorrect. This has caused me quite a bit of inconvenience, as in a way, the entire order was placed mainly because of this particular item.
If I were to cancel the entire order, I would also have to bear the loss of the shipping costs and import duties, so I am not going to do that. However, I do have to say that the overall shopping experience this time has been quite disappointing.
I understand that inventory errors can happen, but being notified only after completing the purchase has made the situation quite frustrating from a customer's perspective.

I ordered 2 different items from END (coats) at seperate times from Ontario, Canada. They shipped quickly, one was about a week/ week and a half maybe? And one (paid 8$ extra for express) came within the week I believe. I could see they dispatched the orders very soon after placing. They were also packaged well and in perfect condition, with a box that would make it easy for returns if needed. I did have to pay duties but that is expected. Thank you END!

Amazing store, Hate FedEx
Amazing store! I would however not recommend the usage of FedEx as a delivery service. Had an issue with them, and was left with a bunch of AI support services that did not help at all. So End store great FedEx horrible.
