Too complicated
The order took much longer than expected to arrive.
Returning items from Italy is not as easy or straightforward as it is with other retailers because END requires a customs declaration for UK returns. In my experience, this is not required by other UK retailers, making the return process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
The return instructions were also not very helpful for customers returning items from outside the UK. They mainly refer to Royal Mail, which unfortunately is not available in most countries outside the UK. More detailed instructions for international customers, with guidance on alternative shipping options, would make the return process much easier.
