Fatima and the team were fantastic

Fatima and the team were fantastic. The live chat service is a disaster. I got prompt help as soon as I called and they made sure to email me throughout. I made an error with my email address, nothing was delivered late or was any part of anything End did. Fatima and team kept following up all week to make sure I could get my delivery on time and I did. Brilliant when you call - but please work on the chat service.

Think twice before ordering from END

Hidden fees, incorrect size charts, and awful service!

​Absolute worst shopping experience. END. added massive hidden charges were completely unmentioned. To make it worse, their online size chart is completely wrong. I ordered three pairs of shoes, and every single one arrived in a different size. When I contacted customer service, they literally told me "one centimeter is not a big deal, you can still use it." They refused to help, ignored my messages, and expected me to pay for return shipping which costs more than the shoes themselves. Complete scam of a system. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I 1st ordered trainers on 6th July…

I 1st ordered trainers on 6th July after reading all reviews to judge fitting .. they arrived but were just too small so i wanted to return for exchange.. QR link to Royal mail did not work apparently regular customer issues ? and i dont have a printer.. Post office couldn't help either. After a lot of messing and wasted time trying to resolve myself i had sent online chat and emails to customer service requesting their assistance with alt links for P&P.. got no response for 2- 3 days due to them being busy ?.. i finally found another way to return the trainers .. It is now the 19th July and i still have had NO response to say they have arrived ? IF my new size are still available as they were 2 weeks ago ? Or when my refund will be processed ? This returns service and especially return for exchange should be scrapped as it is CLEARLY NOT fit for purpose.End clothing is a very good shop but this service is letting you down.

The quality of jacket is good

The quality of jacket is good. Package is well. Notice by email is clear but delivery is not good even wait at home but no one sent . The end only sms me said the delivery is sent to collection spot. Need to go to pickup

Delivery arrived on time which was great. However the skims dress I purchased had a hole in it. So this was not wearable for the event I had planned.
