Absolutely ZERO Customer Service
Package shipped to the USA stuck and Customs and no action taken by END. Absolutely useless customer service who do not respond to emails submitted on their site and an AI chatbot that states you will be contacted within an hour and of course you never hear anything. My package has been sitting for days and FedEx states they have not heard anything from END to resolve the issue.
