had a very disappointing shopping experience.
I placed my order, and before I had even received it, the store launched an additional 15% discount. I contacted customer service immediately to ask if they could refund the 15% price difference. I believe it's only fair to offer price protection when customers haven't even received their orders yet.
However, customer service told me that because my order had already been shipped, they could not apply the discount retroactively. Instead, they suggested that I wait for the order to arrive, return the item for a full refund, and then place a new order at the discounted price. They also offered free shipping on the new order.
This is an extremely inconvenient and unreasonable solution. Instead of simply refunding the price difference, I have to go through the entire process of receiving the item, returning it, waiting for the refund, and placing another order. It wastes my time and creates unnecessary hassle for both the customer and the company.
This policy shows very little consideration for existing customers. It has turned what should have been a simple shopping experience into a frustrating one. I am very disappointed and will think twice before purchasing from this store again.

Simply perfect. Product selection is one of the best in whole Europe and the buying experience couldn't be better. Everything was vlear and simple. To my surprise the ordered item was delivered to my home in Finland on the next day after the purchase. I've never had such a fast delivery from foreign webshop.

The cap I bought was delivered within the proposed timeframe which was a bonus too.
