I contacted END twice to explain an issue with trainers delivered. 1 week later I am still waiting to hear back. I receive daily spam from them, and frequent emails asking for feedback. But still waiting to hear back from them. The trainers were delivered with a small stain . Two days ago I bought a kit and cleaned them myself, as my son was so desperate to wear them. I will not deal with this company again. Zero customer service and endless spam.

Awful customer service
Been chasing the location of a parcel which they claim was delivered, given them contact details and emails for them to confirm with the owner of the building that no one by the Name of Sam works in the building, the name which has signed for a parcel in my name. Delivered to an address with 8 buildings and over 30 business, but they refuse to do so as it provides proof that the parcel has been dropped to the wrong location. Call the London branch who hung up me twice saying its got nothing to do with them. Been chasing this since the 27th and the service provided is a joke, also requested that the courier (DPD) go back and collect the parcel - which they are refusing too. Wouldn't mind but the Same DPD driver deliveries to us everyday here and knows which building are linked to which company, the POD just says SAM - a person who doesn't work here but END wont make contact with the building owner to confirm this. WHY - beacuse it proves that the parcel isnt in the right place.
