There was a problem with my package…
There was a problem with my package through Chronopost. Chronopost can no longer locate the package; it was marked as delivered to a pickup point, but it’s not there. I tried to explain this to someone from End’s customer service, who simply told me that my package was waiting for me at the pickup point!! Unfortunately, NO!
Since then, I haven’t heard anything from customer service despite my many attempts to contact them.
This is just disrespectful on End’s part…
