Very easy to navigate. Controls heat output level and display/led surround lights and change of background colours. All can easily be changed via the remote and very simple to operate. (Comes with instructions if in doubt) Batteries x 2 which last for ages, lightweight and slimline.

It’s works great but if you drop it the buttons break and it makes it harder to use. I also find it hard to not let the heater come on, I set it to off but sometimes it turns on. We only use the fire for its beauty and lighting effects.

We have looked at your order and can see that the courier tried to deliver your remote control 4 times but was unable to gain access, therefore we sent a remote control out to you by post as you said that the postman would have access to your property
