Arrived on time and well packaged, fire looks great with different flame effects. Mantle not built yet, but unpacked and all pieces are fine. Recommend and would use again.

Love this fire. Quick delivery, really well packaged and the clear instruction diagrams make it easy to put together. The fire and the surround both look much more expensive than they were. Delighted with my purchase.
