I am a lifetime member with Endeavour Magic Mortgages, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, Mark and Charles have been the perfect blend of professional and personable - always going above and beyond to secure the best possible deal for me.

Mark has been advising me on mortgages for many years, and I trust him completely to find the best deals to suit my needs at any given time. Most recently, I switched to a buy-to-let interest-only mortgage, and Mark — along with his family — went above and beyond to support me. Mark and the team at Endeavour are honestly just incredible. They worked with me over a time period of roughly 5 years. From not having the best credit score and being in debt, they went through everything with me to support me to make the best financial decisions and improve my overall financial health and credit rating. When I was finally ready, they worked with me to ensure I was in the best place possible to put in an offer on a property. This was just the beginning though… after my offer was accepted, they consistently stayed in touch with me and supported me no end through the entire process. Being a first time buyer I had no idea how any of the systems worked. Mark and Charles never judged me for this, and explained things in a way I would understand. As we came closer to exchange date, we had some quite big issues with the solicitors. This was obviously quite stressful, but once again they were amazing and helped me work through all of this. I will b a client for life and have recommended their services to multiple people. They made what had the potential to be an incredibly stressful time, much easier for me. Cannot recommend enough!

Mark and Charles are super helpful and empathetic. Understood our requirements quickly and thoroughly - almost intuitively. We felt in absolutely safe hands. We have a long term relationship with EMM and would recommend them without hesitation for all mortgage matter.

Our mortgage was not the simplest to organise given that we are retired and the objective of the mortgage was to enable us to plan for inheritance tax and pass on some capital to our children, who are also in the process of buying their homes, without the need to sell some of our existing investments. Some lenders failed to understand the concept of investment income.

This is the 3rd time I have called on Mark for help. This time was for a further advance on my mortgage (not something I knew about until speaking with them) Mark and Charles took all the details asked what the best solution would be and went off and found it. They are so approachable and nothing is too much.

They saved me over £400 a month for the situation I had gotten into, plus extra for a car, that was also needed in a year or two. It took all the pressure off knowing that they were looking for the best option for me.

Mark and Charles have just sorted out our remortgage as the original 5 year one had come to an end. At that time they truly saved our bacon with an incredible deal from a high Street lender. This time, we've ended up paying a lot less each month then we thought we would have to. They also checked a life insurance policy and found a better product at a cheaper price. Mark and his family offer a professional service, are highly knowledgeable, keep up to date with all the latest financial markets info, give a great service, are easy to communicate with and are very accommodating to their, often awkward, customers such as us. Would highly recommend and often do, as I know they won't let me or their other customers down.
