My first experience with this company and it has been extremely disappointing. I reserved a hotel stay for 3 nights , paid upfront and received an email confirmation from the company. When I later called the hotel directly to confirm this reservation they said it had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. After numerous calls and emails back to this company they messaged that they had looked into it and was now reconfirmed. After a few days again I called the hotel directly to confirm and was told it
had been cancelled for a second time. I received NO notice of any of these cancellations .If I had shown up at the hotel without confirming the reservation myself there would be no room. I asked for a refund directly from the company and was told they could not do it. I have now disputed this with my credit card company. This business has been untrustworthy and I would say beware!

The place, MANTRA, was easy to find...once we got to the reception, the concierge after asking for our names, he already had the paperwork and door keys ready...no hassles, gave us directions to car park and how to get to our level ...easy access to the room, close to the lift and the steps, had a good view of the water, very pleasant to look at..

The accomodation was amazing. Great location and fully self contained. Suited our needs perfectly.

8Had everything we needed in our room, comfy king bed, eco friendly toiletries in bathroom to daily room cleaning service who were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Had small balcony that had a lounge &a high table with 2 chairs so we could look out and watch the waves rolling in as we were right across the road from the beach. So relaxing.Loved it. Great place to stay, totally recommended Mantra Observatory Port Macquarie and Endless Luxury❤️ BIG THANKYOU🌺 😊

Accommodation was beautiful, a little old but the views and view from pool were just incredible so that made up for age, unit was tidy and everything in kitchen for self catering, king bed in bedroom was so comfortable its actually best sleep ive had for while, easy walk into town, nice relaxing break, only issue was parking one night there was no spots available at the accommodation so had to park quite a distance away to get back to unit. Need to designate a car park to a unit no.

Diana has been so very PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING for a techno geek like myself and, finally, I am able to book a WHOLE week's holiday (only paying for cleaning fees) EVEN though this whole episode has been 'mostly' MY mistake all along. THANK YOU.

The location was perfect, room was very clean and tidy, perfect waterfront view from our room as well as being able to see the town centre from the same window. Lift was invaluable to the 3rd floor.
The indoor spas were very much welcomed as well as the outdoor pool.
The owners were so friendly and helpful.
Parking was well appointed as well as two free charging stations for guests with EV vehicles.
A lovey outdoor picnic area with BBQ facilities and undercover dining area.
Free inhouse WiFi, TV including Netflix.
A Council built playground next door for children to play.
Walking distance to restaurants, hotels, cafes, cinema etc with waterfront reserve in front of the building where anyone could wet a line to fish if they desired.
A jetboat ride was also within 20 metres of the motel.
What more could you want.

Our trip to Victoria BC was lovely. The accomodation we booked through Endless Luxury was a boutique Hotel that was lovely. Room was modern + updated, balcony - clean with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved they had an entertainment room where we played ping pong and foosball and had a huge 4 screen TV wall. Attached restaurant offered a great breakfast and lunch. We were 10 minutes from downtown. Price was fantastic!!

My wife and I stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort for three nights and had a wonderful time. We booked the trip a few months ago through an Endless Luxury agent, and at first we were unsure about potential extra charges such as resort or parking fees. To our pleasant surprise, everything was included in the original price, with no additional costs at check-in.

The hotel itself was fantastic, and based on our experience, I would give it a full 5 out of 5.

I also want to highlight the thorough explanation and honest communication from the Endless Luxury agent during the booking process. Since it was my first time using this agency, I had some concerns about the service quality—but those concerns turned out to be unfounded. Despite seeing a few negative comments online, I’m completely satisfied with the experience.

The hotel was in a good location to where we want to be. The room was spacious and very clean and well organised. Staff was very helpful with information. The entry to the hotel was ground level and easy to get in with heavy bags.

This trip was for our 52nd anniversary. I encountered initial technical difficulties in getting the reservation. This was my first time using Endlessluxury. We had two choices for lodging and were very pleased with Staybridge Suites in Coeur d'Alene. The facility has an exceptional staff, always asking how things are going and if we needed anything.

The location of the accommodation was excellent within walking distance of great restaurants and places of interest the bus stop outside the hotel the weather was cool but not cold we had a great time

It kept asking me to pay more money and in USD not Australian dollars. My bank didn't pick it up immediately and I ended up not booking anything as it was misleading asking for more money. So it was not acceptable and I wasted time and $299 on "fake" discounts

Endless Luxury was easy to deal with. Registration and payment was painless, sent an email with the details and conditions.
A month before we wanted to go, I went online and selected the resort offers and made our selection.
On the day, we just turned up and signed in. I would recommend the Island Leisure resort, friendly, good facilities and reasonably quiet.

Seeing an ad online for a price that can't sound anything but a scam, and ends up being solid, is something new to me. I had 3 Hotels to choose from, in Ojai. One of them specifically lured me in, but trying to book it, I realized it wasn't going to happen. But, the other 2 were excellent value for the price I paid for 2 nights. I recommend using Endless Luxury to all!!

Some issues with the original booking but once the Grand Pacific Hotel confirmed the booking no other major issues. Wonderful facility with friendly and helpful staff.
