Honestly, could not recommend the rental service enough!!!
I rented the beautiful teal blue dress and I had so many compliments for my ball. It was so elegant and beautiful.
Nancy and all the staff were so helpful and really could not do enough for you. They reshipped an additional dress to a different address for me due to unforeseen delivery delays which was the carriers fault.
Thank you so much for all your help girls - I will definitely be recommending and using again!

Purchased a nearly new never fully dressed dress! It is perfect - would never know it was previously worn. Also I managed to order the wrong size and this was corrected by customer service really quickly. Will definitely use again!

Super experience with Endless Wardrobe. I specifically was in contact with a very helpful lady called Nancy. Very understanding of my situation in terms of a wedding I had and even though the dress wasn't right for me in the end I could return it no problem and get a full refund by returning it within 24 hours. I will definitely use them again - customer service was Amaziinggg

I love this company! I've ordered a number of clothes from the site and they have always arrived on time, in perfect condition and looked great. If they don't look quite right then you can get a refund on the clothes you don't wear. The return process is very simple and straightforward - there is a dpd and royal mail sticker included so plenty of options. The bag is also eco-friendly! Much cheaper than buying multiple outfits for a summer of weddings. The clothes are not your highstreet brands - they feel extra special. It for sure feels like the new way to shop!

Fantastic service. I wanted to try hiring a dress for a wedding to try someone new, a dress more expensive than I can usually afford, and move away from fast fashion. I was able to book the dress 3 days prior to arrive the day before. Although there was a problem with delivery this was out of their hands and they let me know immediately. When I did receive the dress it was beautiful, and I got so many compliments! Obviously it’s a risk if the dress doesn’t suit you, but I did some research before to make sure it was my style. And if you don’t wear the dress you can send it back free of charge. I ended up paying £38 to hire a £450 dress which is a bargain! Got so many compliments, and had to send it back a few days later (endless wardrobe dry clean it). Would highly recommend!

Endless Wardrobe is an amazing service. Their customer team responded and resolved my query straight away and couldn't have been more helpful. The dress came beautifully packaged. I am looking forward to wearing my dress for a friends wedding.

Amazing company, order a dress which came very quickly and was beautiful and really good quality but slightly big. Contacted customer services and they were so helpful, sent me out a smaller size while I returned the other one which was easy to do with a pre-paid sticker. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

1st time using a rental service and I couldn't be happier that I chose Endless Wardrobe. Easy to use, clear explanation of the process (I wasn't sure about options that I didn't wear). Most importantly, the dress was gorge. I didn't want to buy something new as I'm pregnant and my shape is ever-changing. This meant I could feel fab without the guilt of never wearing it again.
Plus, customer service were incredibly friendly and helpful. A refreshing change!

Will definitely use again and would recommend to others...I've already been spreading the word! :)

I originally placed an order to buy a dress but one that was nearly new.All the original order process went smoothly with a confirmation of my order and delivery coming through promptly. When the delivery date arrived and no dress I emailed Endless Wardrobe asking them to look in to it for me. I received a very quick response explaining there had been a slight glitch in the system and could they send me a never worn,brand new dress (in an alternative size) and an offer of a goodwill gesture. Plus a fastrack delivery so I would receive the dress in time for a party I’m going to this weekend. From start to finish Chloe was fantastic at communicating with me and and going to the extra trouble of trying to rectify the situation and apologising to me for being let down. Chloe is a credit to Endless Wardrobe and needless to say, the Freepeople dress arrived this morning before 10:30am (as promised) and fits beautifully and I’m so happy with it!

This is the first time I'd rented an item in general so wasn't sure what to expect, but the process was so easy and simple from start to finish. I loved the piece that I rented as well, which came looking brand new and arrived really quickly. I love the idea of being able to rent brands that I wouldn't necessarily be able to afford to buy, it's a game changer. I'll definitely be a returning customer :)

This was such a seamless experience! I love the ethos behind the business and the clothes are so beautiful, it’s so ideal for big events, girly brunches, weddings - I feel a lot less guilty wearing something once this way! The actual process is so easy as well, easy payment process, immediate confirmation email and then delivery on a chosen date and return via dpd / collect plus. Other thing I loved is that you can order a few sizes but don’t get charged for the ones you don’t wear.

I love all the clothes on the site and enjoyed browsing. When I found something I really wanted it was incredibly easy to either rent, buy new or nearly new (I went for a rental). Initially a little concerned about how I would easily return it after the rental period but I found out that practically every corner shop near me and every post office will take the return. Insanely easy.

I rented an Olivia Rubin dress which I absolutely adored. It was perfect for my friend's baby shower and another friend's hen do. Having the delivery and return included in the price is amazing. I've done some other rentals where I've ended up having to pay about £12 to receive and return an item. Endless Wardobe's process makes it so smooth. You also don't have to worry about little accidents happening - they handle all cleaning of an item and this is included in the price. Of course I was still very careful but this policy just gave me peace of mind.
When I was unable to get to the post office on the last day of the rental due to unforseen circumstances, the team were incredibly understanding which just added to the whole wonderful experience. Renting pieces rather than buying is such an amazing idea - it's not new but I'm so excited to see far simpler, more affordable options like this that allow us all to consume fashion more sustainably. I can't wait for my next rental with Endless Wardrobe :)
