Having found them with a Google search I was delighted by the response. I explained I needed the property cleaned quickly - and 48 hours later it was. Thorough clean, walls, carpets, wooden floors, worktops, oven and bathroom.
And incredibly reasonably priced.

This was my first time using this company. We needed a deep clean after an apartment renovation. They did not disappoint us at all. From start to finish, they cleaning team were first rate. Extremely organized. The man on the phone was so friendly and helpful, even though I had so many questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. The website is super user-friendly and it's so easy to book an appointment online. The two women who did the cleaning were wonderful. They were so thorough and so friendly. It was such a fun experience. They left the apartment smelling beautifully too. I highly recommend this company! They are really great!

Darina did an amazing job cleaning the flat. She arrived on time and completed the whole process in 3 hours! This service included everything from general cleaning, deep cleaning and carpet steam cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat. I am very impressed with this service which was great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Beyond appalling.
Firstly, the cleaner was 20 minutes late to arrive, which was incredibly frustrating since I had a moving crew on stand by who was getting paid by the hour.
I mentioned in advance that I couldn't stay during the cleaning and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Since they only accept cash I had to pay in advance.
I took the cleaner through the property and I was assured that it would all be done to a professional standard.
When my landlord went to the flat they mentioned that none of the cupboards were cleaned properly and that the carpet wasn't cleaned to a good standard at all.
When I emailed them they were incredibly rude, I tried calling them but they said that apparently it's ok to be late for appointments and that there's not much they can do about the bad quality of the service they provided. They also hang up the phone and haven't provided me with a receipt despite the fact that I have requested one about 5 times now.
Do not use - biggest waste of money!

Avoid this sham of a company because they are an absolute disgrace. In all my years of working with companies I have never had to resort to standing over people, arguing, shouting, at time swearing and refusing to pay until the job was done to a reasonable standard.
The two that turned up for this end of tenancy clean must have thought that all their Sunday’s had come at once as the two bedroom empty property had very little work required because the previous tenants had cleaned the property very well, I just wanted it to be done “professionally”. What a joke. I was told the job would take three hours, couldn’t think why but hey I thought the time would be put to good use, it wasn’t. I left the two cleaners in the apartment and returned when they’d said they’d finished.
Finished? Not to my standards they hadn’t and so the war began. I undertook my inspection and insisted that they do the job properly if they wanted to get paid. A lot of waffle from the lady who was as rude as anything. You can be as rude as you like I said but if the job wasn’t done well I would not release any funds. I guess she and her colleague and her boss on the phone must have realised that I was not playing because they got to work and when they thought they had finished I told them that they had not and they should do the job properly. The boss suggested I deduct £40 from the final bill as what I was requesting couldn’t be done. What a load of rubbish, I declined that offer and said his staff either did the job I had commissioned and be paid in full or not at all, he chose the former; surprise surprise.
The cleaners complained to each other in their language and I’m sure insulted me too. Who cares? Not I! I will only pay for a job well done pure and simple and they knew it.
At one point the lady told me that I had made her late for her next job. I told her that she had made herself late because if she had taken pride in her work at the beginning and had done it to a good standard she would have been able to leave on time.
Her colleague then tried to tell me that I was asking him to undertake work which was outside of the property and as this wasn’t the case I forcefully and sternly told him so after which he began to clean the area in question.
After about 45 minutes later and after I was reasonably satisfied I paid them... in full. I had considered deducting funds for their unprofessionalism and thinking that they would scam me but decided against doing so as they had both met their match, felt the sting of my tongue and my wrath. No receipt was provided by the way.
I blame myself for this nonsense as I tried to save a few bucks rather than sticking to a company I’ve regularly used in the past. Never again.
All wishing to use this company should avoid doing so, you’re better off doing it yourself.
Shocking experience. Booked for an end of tenancy clean and at check out they didn't believe we had paid for a professional clean. I then reached out to talk to them about it and they asked me to email in the check out report, which I have done. I've been chasing for almost two weeks now and they have ignored my emails and calls. When they did pick up they actually hung up on me.
DO NOT USE. Absolute scam and I am reporting them to trading standards due to this issue.
I wish I had checked this Trust Pilot review before booking! We booked an end of tenancy cleaning with this company and the cleaners turned up on time and did an okay job on the whole.
However, they didn't remove any of the cobwebs in the rooms as was stipulated on their website and on the agreed quote/scope of works. We rang several times to ask for this to be fixed as part of the 48-hour warranty, and they claimed they were not insured for it. They said they would look into it and would follow up and we never heard from them. Most recently they hung up on my housemate who rang earlier today, and now are no longer answering the phones. I cannot seem to find any active links to their social media either. I will be reporting them to UK trading standards ASAP! They never sent a receipt for the job either, just like in the reviews below and pretty much took payment on the spot.
I have just been scammed by this company. They had two cleaners show up to apparently clean the flat top to bottom for 5 hours. They insisted on being paid in cash with no receipt given back.
I let them in and off to work they went. However, i had to leave earlier so wasn't going to be around to inspect the property after. I therefore phoned the customer service team and explained the situation and they told me not to worry and that it would be fine.
Imagine my dismay when my landlord contacted me a few days later asking when i was going to be booking the end of tenancy clean!! She send me pictures of a dirty oven, dirty floors and window sills. My assumption is that as soon as i left, so did the cleaners!
I then contacted the cleaning company and sent them the pictures. No response!! I then phoned them twice and got hung up on twice!
I then sent a further email to which they said as i hadn't contacted them within 48 hours of the clean, there is nothing they can do.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY............
Also, by insisting on cash only, i would assume their financial books aren't all that great......probably one for the tax man to review!
Shocking customer service. We used this company for a End of Tenancy clean and prior to the clean, everything seemed to be going well. Once the clean had taken place, the inventory went in, in less that 24 hours. Generally the clean was good, there were just a couple of minor issues the inventory wanted finalised. We contacted them hoping they would finish the job to the satisfaction they state very clearly on their website. We have consistently tried to contact them with a minimum of 8 calls and several emails, none of which have been responded to. As soon as payment was confirmed we have not had a single response. As someone who works in the industry this is totally diabolical and I would highly recommend no one ever contacts this company unless they are prepared to pay again for someone else to finish the job - We have just had to pay for a new clean to cover the cost.
No 48h guarantee, they will just disappear!
I confirm the bad reviews here. The cleaning was poor so I sent an email the day after requesting to come back. They said that they would answer my email and since then they don't even answer my calls, or hang up when they hear it's me!
Worst and frustrating experience, do not use!
Booked this company for a checkout clean, they left it dirty (not even vacuumed with hair and dust everywhere, kitchen not properly wiped, cobwebs etc). I complained the day after ( i made the mistake of not being present when the cleaners left) via email, attaching pictures as proof. I sent multiple chasers and tried calling multiple times to get a reclean but failed to get any response for 4 days now. Please AVOID!!!

Only sent 2 cleaners for the "End of Tenancy Clean" (most companies send 4 or more people). The clean was totally inadequate - just a basic domestic clean, not end of tenancy standard. Our check out report notes numerous areas where the cleaning was inadequate - furniture, kitchen worktop and appliances, grouting etc. The company refused to return to this flat to put this right and we are pursuing further action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Meanwhile we have had to pay more money for further cleaning to the property.
The service was simply not fit for purpose.
Like the previous reviewer we will be reporting this company to UK Trading Standards.
Do not use this company under any circumstances for an End of Tenancy clean. The clean will be nowhere near thorough enough and you will end up a lot more out of pocket putting it right. You will regret giving them your custom.
