Worst support ever.

Hi.
I ordered a direct translator because the websites I've visited and researched the best direct translator out there told me this was the one topping the charts.

So I ordered one, I got it and I tested it all day, the same day I sent it back. It was completely useless, the Google translator app is way more effective and correct in translating. I can name so many faults with this device and it's so frustrating that it's promised to be nr1 translator.

Worst device ever bought.

And it doesn't stop there, there is NO support what so ever, it's an AI who the has as their support, there is NO support "team". Every time I ask to talk to a human representative, I get the response "we understand that you want to talk to a human representative" but then it stops there.
I am asking several times to talk to a representative but I NEVER get in touch with one.

This feels allot like a scam. I sent my return package as soon as I got it after testing it one whole day with several languages and sentences with people who talk the languages. It's utter trash.

I recommend looking elsewhere for such a product and or also try using google translate as its way more correct and effective than this device from enence.

Update: I have waited 2 weeks after they told me the return process was completed on their end, and I have still not received my refund. This is starting to feel more and more as a scam.
And I'm getting tired of you're bad support AI that can't give me any concrete answers.

Easy enough to follow

Easy enough to follow, but I felt it is deceptive that it is extra for offline, and yet only 19 languages are available off line. However it does give an option to not take up offer at each option.

I wish it worked without the phone app

I wish it worked without the phone app. Slightly better than google translate but still tied to phone. If you use the phone for any other purpose it ceases to function.9

Unreturnable even if defective. Consumer should know if you open up the…

Consumer should know if you open up the box and to try it out, you can no longer return it. You get AI generated replies from customer service. Even if it is defective, like mine which had poor translation and the max volume was so low you could never hear it in a public setting, it is nearly impossible to return for a refund. Use google translate instead. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!
