i ordered 2 translators and would never go through their scam website again

i ordered 2 translators and it took 2 weeks to get her and i was under the impression that if i was disatissfied in any way, according to their website, no risk 30 day return. Once you buy it, it's 60 days and if you opened the package you cannot return the packaging to look at it, which i did not do, 0 refund; they will offer to let you keep it at a 20% discount! this company is a marketing / ripoff online (no phone number on their website, only emeial); biggest issue, we already have translator as an app which is far superior to their product at 0 cost. stay clear however if you have to buy, go through amazon, i've never had a problem with returns and did not have to pay return shipping, this was $29...BUYER BEWARE

This is a great device for quick and accurate translation! The speech is clear and it is very user friendly. The app was easy to locate, download and navigate. Enence works best when communication is kept concise, there is a short lag time in translation if communication is longer than 3+ sentences.

Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE It is impossible to get a refund from this company. I returned the products the day i received them. They confirm this but 23 days later they still have not issued me a refund.
I have emailed support numerous times and when i get someone on their phone it turns out to be a robot who says they will transfer me to the correct department and then disconnects the phone call.

LAWSUIT AGAINST ENENCE FOR FRAUD

#CON-20251225-2414 order

We tried several times to contact Enence and to get proper information why my shipment wasn’t delivered and why nobody knows where it is at the moment but we didn’t received any reply.
We contacted stone3pl (company mentioned as provider )to clarify whether they have our shippment or ENENCE simply send fake informations.
As i said several times i submit request for information but nobody wants to reply.
This is last time that i am trying to solve this amicably.’
I request my funds paid for 2 ENENCE translators to be returned immediately (I don’t want this product anymore) otherwise as we already contacted Legal Office in Lithuania to investigate about this company we are ready to open legal lawsuit for this fraud.
All requested by ENENCE was provided already:
Order number,my contact number,email address.
If this is not going to be solved in line with good business practice i have no other choice but to publish this story all over internet.
Message for ENENCE: Do not reply with copy paste idiotic nonsense emails,answer exactly as requested ,
you have all details already.
