We ordered a generator too

We ordered a generator too, we rang and sent emails after finding the reviews which are Not visible from the website. They give you no contact, they are NOT operating in a business like way. They only want to take your order. I wrote to cancel the order within 15 hours. My email came back undeliverable, the phones do not ring. You have no way to communicate with them. I wrote to them via PEC EMAIL and very clearly stated to cancel the order. This is not the way to do business this is NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY
